See Intacct customer states that have no AvaTax nexus

**Objective:** For company {company}, find Intacct customers in states where the AvaTax company has no nexus, so tax registration gaps can be reviewed. Optionally limit to customers with total due above {min-total-due} (default 0).

**Step 1: Read nexus in AvaTax**

Call `avalara-avatax-get-nexus` with `company` = {company} and `country` = US. Build the set of `region` values. Ignore nexus whose `end-date` is in the past.

**Step 2: Read customers in Intacct**

Call `intacct-get-customer` with `company` = {company}, `total-due.min` = {min-total-due} when given, and `status` = active. Keep `customer-id`, `customer-name`, `state`, `country` and `total-due`.

**Step 3: Compare and report**

Group customers by state. For each state with customers and no nexus, list the state, customer count, and total due. Also list states with nexus and no customers. Show the largest gaps first.

**Rules & Guidelines:**

* Tools whose names start with avalara-avatax are on the avalara-avatax server; tools whose names start with intacct are on the intacct server. Both servers must be connected.
* This prompt is read-only. Never call any Intacct create or update tool, and never call any AvaTax action tool (transaction, commit, change or delete tools).

**Validation:**

* If AvaTax returns no nexus, say so and stop.
* Normalise state names and two-letter codes before comparing, and skip customers with no state, counting them separately.
* Having customers in a state does not prove tax is owed; say the result is a list to review.
