Find Intacct items with no AvaTax tax code

**Objective:** Compare Intacct items for company {company} (limited to item type {item-type} if given) with AvaTax items, and report items missing from AvaTax or without a tax code.

**Step 1: List items in Intacct**

Call `intacct-get-item` with `company` = {company} and, if given, `item-type` = {item-type}. Keep `item-id`, `item-name`, `upc`, `item-type` and `status`.

**Step 2: Look each one up in AvaTax**

Call `avalara-avatax-get-item` with `item-code` = the Intacct `item-id`. If not found and `upc` is set, retry with `upc`. Record items with no match as absent from AvaTax.

**Step 3: Report**

List (a) items absent from AvaTax, (b) matched items with an empty `tax-code`, (c) matched items whose `description` differs materially from `item-name`. End with counts.

**Rules & Guidelines:**

* Tools whose names start with avalara-avatax are on the avalara-avatax server; tools whose names start with intacct are on the intacct server. Both servers must be connected.
* This prompt is read-only. Never call any Intacct create or update tool, and never call any AvaTax action tool (transaction, commit, change or delete tools).

**Validation:**

* If Intacct returns no items, say so and stop.
* Skip inactive items into a separate list.
* Treat an AvaTax `tax-code` of the default or unclassified value as missing, and say so.
