Find Intacct vendors that are missing from AvaTax

**Objective:** Reconcile Intacct vendors against AvaTax vendors for company {company}, looking only at vendors with status {status} (default active), and report where they disagree.

**Step 1: List vendors in Intacct**

Call `intacct-get-vendor` with `company` = {company} and `status` = {status} (use active when empty). Use `max-records` 100. Keep `vendor-id`, `vendor-name`, `email`, `city`, `state` and `country`.

**Step 2: Look each one up in AvaTax**

For each vendor call `avalara-avatax-get-vendor` with `vendor-code` = the Intacct `vendor-id`. If that fails, retry with `name` = `vendor-name` and flag the match as weak. If nothing comes back, record the vendor as absent from AvaTax and continue.

**Step 3: Report**

List vendors absent from AvaTax, then matched vendors with differences (`vendor-name` against `name`, `email` against `email-address`, `city`, `state` against `region`, `country`). End with counts.

**Rules & Guidelines:**

* Tools whose names start with avalara-avatax are on the avalara-avatax server; tools whose names start with intacct are on the intacct server. Both servers must be connected.
* This prompt is read-only. Never call any Intacct create or update tool, and never call any AvaTax action tool (transaction, commit, change or delete tools).

**Validation:**

* If Intacct returns no vendors, say so and stop.
* Compare case-insensitively with spaces trimmed.
* Vendors with no email on either side are not a difference; note them as unverifiable.
