Catch risky name-only matches between Stripe and Rillet

**Objective:** Match Stripe customers to Rillet customers and report who is in only one system and who matches by name but not email. Limit to names containing {customer-name} if given, and to Stripe customers created on or after {created-from} if given.

**Step 1: Read the Stripe customers**

Call `stripe-get-customer`, with `name.contains` = {customer-name} and `created.from` = {created-from} when given. Keep customer-id, name, email, currency, delinquent and balance.

**Step 2: Read the Rillet customers**

Call `rillet-get-customers` and `rillet-get-customer-emails`. Neither takes filters, so apply {customer-name} in memory when given. Join the two Rillet results on customer-id.

**Step 3: Match**

1. By email: a Stripe email equals any Rillet email for the customer, ignoring case.
2. By name only, when there is no email match: the names are equal ignoring case and surrounding spaces. Report these separately; they are the likeliest to be wrong.
3. Anything else is unmatched on its side.

**Step 4: Report**

* In Stripe, not in Rillet: name, email, Stripe customer-id, delinquent.
* In Rillet, not in Stripe: name, email, Rillet customer-id. Skip this section when {created-from} is given, since the Stripe side was only partly read.
* Matched by name only: both emails side by side.
* Duplicates: more than one customer in either system matching the same counterpart.
* A one-line count of email matches.

**Rules & Guidelines:**

* `stripe-get-customer` is on the stripe server. `rillet-get-customers` and `rillet-get-customer-emails` are on the rillet server.
* This prompt is read-only. Do not call `rillet-add-customer` or `rillet-update-customer`.

**Validation:**

* If either side returns no customers, say which system returned nothing, warn that its server may not be connected, and stop.
* Never treat a partial name (one name containing the other) as a match; list it under a Possible matches heading instead.
* If a tool cannot be found, name the server it belongs to (rillet or stripe) and stop.
