Know which Stripe invoices are missing or wrong in Rillet
For finance teams who want every Stripe invoice checked against Rillet for total, currency and status by asking their AI assistant.

The problem
Checking every Stripe invoice reached Rillet correctly
Every Stripe invoice should exist in Rillet with the same total, currency and status. Checking means matching numbers across two lists, comparing balances and catching invoices paid in one system but open in the other, which is slow and easy to get wrong.
Without PopdockAI
- Export Stripe and Rillet invoices
- Match invoice numbers across both lists
- Compare totals, currency and balances
- Miss invoices paid in one system but open in the other
With PopdockAI
- Non-draft Stripe invoices and every Rillet invoice are read
- Invoices match on exact number, with probable matches only as a fallback
- Total, currency and open balance are compared for each match
- Probable matches are left for you to confirm, and nothing is changed

**Objective:** Compare every Stripe invoice created from {from-date} to {to-date} (default today) with the invoices in Rillet, and report which are missing from Rillet, which disagree on amount or status, and which match.
**Step 1: Read the Stripe invoices**
Call `stripe-get-invoice` with `created-date.from` = {from-date} and, if given, `created-date.to` = {to-date}. Leave out invoices with status draft. Keep number, invoice-id, customer-name, customer-email, total, amount-remaining, status, currency and created-date.
**Step 2: Read the Rillet invoices**
Call `rillet-get-invoices`. It takes no filters, so read the whole list and match in memory. Keep invoice-number, invoice-id, customer-id, invoice-date, total, amount-due, status and currency. Call `rillet-get-customers` once and use it to turn each Rillet customer-id into a customer name.
**Step 3: Match each Stripe invoice**
1. Confirmed match: the Stripe number equals the Rillet invoice-number exactly.
2. Probable match, only when there is no confirmed match: the Rillet customer name equals the Stripe customer-name (ignoring case), the total and currency are the same, and the Rillet invoice-date is within 3 days of the Stripe created-date. Never report a probable match as confirmed.
3. Otherwise the invoice is missing from Rillet.
For every confirmed match compare total, currency and the open balance (Stripe amount-remaining against Rillet amount-due), and flag an invoice that is paid in one system and open in the other.
**Step 4: Report**
* Missing from Rillet: a table of number, customer, created date, total, currency and Stripe status.
* Disagreements: a table of number, field, Stripe value, Rillet value.
* Probable matches for the user to confirm: Stripe number next to the Rillet invoice-number it probably corresponds to.
* Rillet invoices dated inside the range with no Stripe counterpart, noting they may have been raised outside Stripe.
* A one-line count of confirmed matches.
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* `stripe-get-invoice` is on the stripe server. `rillet-get-invoices` and `rillet-get-customers` are on the rillet server.
* This prompt is read-only. Do not call `rillet-add-invoice`, `rillet-add-invoice-ar-only`, `rillet-add-invoice-revenue-only`, `rillet-update-invoice` or `rillet-add-invoice-payment`. To record the missing invoices, use the backfill-stripe-invoices prompt.
**Validation:**
* If Stripe returns no invoices, say there are no Stripe invoices in the range and stop.
* If Rillet returns no invoices at all, report every Stripe invoice as missing and warn that the rillet server may not be connected or its tools may be inactive.
* Stripe may return amounts in the smallest currency unit. If matched Stripe totals are consistently 100 times the Rillet totals, divide the Stripe amounts by 100 and say so once at the top of the report.
* Compare currencies ignoring case (usd equals USD).
* If a tool cannot be found, name the server it belongs to (rillet or stripe) and stop: this prompt needs both servers connected.Who it's for
