Make sure every Teamwork.com client has a customer to bill
For finance and delivery leads who want Teamwork.com client companies matched to Dynamics 365 Business Central customers by their AI assistant.

The problem
Clients with projects but no customer to bill
Teamwork.com companies and Dynamics 365 Business Central customers share no common ID, so clients with no customer to bill, or blocked customers with live projects, go unnoticed until invoicing. Comparing names by hand is thrown off by punctuation and legal suffixes.
Without PopdockAI
- Export companies from Teamwork.com and customers from Business Central
- Match names despite punctuation and Inc or Ltd
- Check which matched customers are blocked
- Find the gap at invoice time
With PopdockAI
- Names are matched ignoring case, punctuation and legal suffixes
- City and country break ties, and true ties are never guessed
- Blocked customers with projects are flagged
- Near matches are shown with a reason, and nothing is created or edited

**Objective:** Match every Teamwork client company to a Business Central customer in company `{company}` (default: the default company), optionally limited to names containing `{name-contains}`, and report the ones that exist on only one side.
**Step 1: Read the Teamwork companies**
Call `teamwork-get-companies` (Teamwork server). If `{name-contains}` is given, pass it as `name.contains`. Keep `company-id`, `name`, `status`, `city`, `country-code` and `project-count` for each company. Skip the owner company, which is the one the Teamwork site itself belongs to.
**Step 2: Read the Business Central customers**
Call `business-central-get-customer` (Business Central server) with `company` set to `{company}` when given, and `name.contains` set to `{name-contains}` when given. Keep `customer-number`, `name`, `blocked`, `city`, `country-code` and `balance-due`.
**Step 3: Match by name**
The two systems share no id, so match on the company name. Treat names as equal when they match after ignoring case, punctuation and legal suffixes (Inc, Ltd, LLC, GmbH, Corp, Co). When one Teamwork company matches several customers, use city and country to choose between them. If they still tie, list the candidates and do not pick one.
**Step 4: Report**
Produce three tables:
1. **Matched:** Teamwork name, Teamwork company-id, BC customer-number, BC name, BC blocked, BC balance-due. Flag rows where the customer is blocked in Business Central but the company has projects in Teamwork.
2. **In Teamwork only:** name, company-id, project-count. These are clients doing project work with no customer to bill.
3. **In Business Central only:** customer-number, name, balance-due. Leave out customers with zero balance-due unless there are fewer than 20 rows in total.
End with the counts for each table.
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* `teamwork-get-companies` is on the Teamwork server. `business-central-get-customer` is on the Business Central server.
* This prompt is read-only. Do NOT call `business-central-create-customer`, `business-central-update-customer`, `teamwork-create-company` or `teamwork-update-company`, even to fix a gap you find. Report the gap instead.
* Show near-matches as possible matches with the reason, never as confirmed matches.
**Validation:**
* If either tool returns nothing, say which system returned nothing and stop. Do not report every record on the other side as missing.
* If a tool fails because its server is not connected, say which server is missing. This prompt needs both.Who it's for
