Find Nutshell contacts who are missing from Constant Contact

**Objective:** Report which Nutshell contacts owned by `{owner}` (default: all owners) are missing from Constant Contact or have no permission to be emailed, checking at most `{max-contacts}` contacts (default 25).

**Step 1: List the Nutshell contacts**

Call `nutshell-get-contact` (Nutshell server) with `owner.contains` set to the owner when one was given, and `max-records` set to the contact limit. Keep `id`, `name`, `emails`, `company-id` and `number-of-leads`. Skip contacts with no email address and list them separately as having no email.

**Step 2: Look each one up in Constant Contact**

For each Nutshell email address call `constant-contact-get-contact` (Constant Contact server) with it as `email-address`. Keep `contact-id`, `permission-to-send` and `state`.

**Step 3: Report**

Three tables: (a) in Nutshell but not in Constant Contact, (b) in both but permission-to-send is not granted or the state is not active, (c) in both and mailable (count only). Sort tables (a) and (b) by `number-of-leads` descending so contacts with open deals come first.

**Rules & Guidelines:**

* Nutshell tools (`nutshell-*`) are on the Nutshell server; `constant-contact-*` tools are on the Constant Contact server.
* Read-only. Never call `constant-contact-add-contact`, `constant-contact-update-contact`, `nutshell-update-person` or `nutshell-delete-person`. Offer the `add-nutshell-contacts-to-constant-contact` prompt for fixing table (a).

**Validation:**

* A contact with several emails counts as present if any address is found.
* If Nutshell returns no contacts, say so and stop.
