The problem
Approving orders without knowing the customer's standing
Online orders and refunds sit in WooCommerce while balances, credit limits and blocks sit in Dynamics 365 Business Central. Knowing whether a web buyer is blocked or overdue means checking both by email, which nobody has time to do.
Without PopdockAI
- Look up orders and refunds in WooCommerce
- Search Business Central for the customer
- Check blocks, credit limit and overdue invoices
- Approve the order without checking
With PopdockAI
- Orders, spend and refunds are gathered, including guest checkouts
- Business Central customers are found by exact email
- Open invoices tied to web orders are listed
- Flags appear only where true, and nothing is changed
The prompt

**Objective:** Give a single view of the customer with email {customer-email} across the WooCommerce store and Business Central, and flag anything that needs attention. Use Business Central company {company} (if blank, leave `company` off).
**Step 1: The customer in WooCommerce**
Call `woocommerce-get-customer` with `email` set to {customer-email}. Note customer-id, first-name, last-name, billing-company, created-date and paying-customer. If nothing comes back, the buyer may have checked out as a guest; continue with the email alone and say so.
Call `woocommerce-get-order` with `customer-email` set to {customer-email} and `max-records` 50, and `woocommerce-get-refund` with the same `customer-email`. Work out the number of orders, total spend (excluding cancelled, failed and refunded orders), the first and latest order dates, and total refunded.
**Step 2: The customer in Business Central**
Call `business-central-get-customer` with `email` set to {customer-email}. The email is the only link between the two systems.
* If nothing comes back, report the customer as present in WooCommerce and absent from Business Central, and skip to Step 4.
* If more than one comes back, report every match with its customer-number and name, and continue with all of them.
For each match, note customer-number, name, balance, balance-due, credit-limit, blocked, payment-terms-code, outstanding-orders and outstanding-invoices.
**Step 3: Open invoices in Business Central**
Call `business-central-get-posted-sales-invoice` with `sell-to-customer-number` set to the customer-number and `remaining-amount.min` 0.01. List each open invoice with its invoice-number, external-document-number, due-date and remaining-amount. An external-document-number that matches a WooCommerce order number ties the invoice to a web order.
**Step 4: Report**
* **Web store:** name, customer since, orders, total spend, latest order, refunds.
* **Business Central:** customer number, balance, balance due, credit limit, blocked, payment terms, and the open invoices table.
* **Flags**, each on its own line, only where true:
* Blocked in Business Central but ordered online in the last 30 days.
* Balance above the credit limit (when a credit limit is set).
* Overdue invoices (due-date before today with a remaining amount).
* Not set up in Business Central, or set up more than once.
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* Tools whose names start with woocommerce- are on the woocommerce server; tools whose names start with business-central- are on the business-central server.
* This prompt is read-only. Do not call `woocommerce-update-customer`, `business-central-update-customer` or `business-central-create-customer`.
**Validation:**
* Match the email exactly as given. Do not try spelling variations; report a miss instead.
* If the customer is found in neither system, say so plainly and stop.Who it's for
