The problem
The answer is always three screens away
Answering a question about a Shopify customer often means opening their orders, refunds, transactions, addresses, saved cards and store credit one at a time. A failed payment or an expiring card is easy to miss when it sits three screens away.
Without PopdockAI
- Open orders, refunds and transactions one by one
- Check addresses and saved payment methods
- Look up store credit and alerts
- Miss the failed payment that explains the call
With PopdockAI
- Spend, orders, refunds and failed transactions are read together
- Addresses, payment methods and store credit are checked
- Expiring or revoked cards and unpaid orders are flagged
- It is read-only and never prints full card numbers

**Objective:** Produce a one-page account review for the customer with email `{customer-email}`, covering the last `{lookback-days}` days of activity (default 90).
**Step 1: Identify the customer**
Call `shopify-get-customer` filtered by `email`. If nothing matches, retry with `email.contains`. If more than one customer matches, list them (name, email, created-at, orders-count) and stop. Note the customer-id, state, total-spent, orders-count, tags and accepts-marketing.
**Step 2: Orders and money**
* Call `shopify-get-order` filtered by `customer-id` and `created-at.from` (today minus the lookback). Note orders that are unpaid or partially paid, have a total-outstanding above zero, are unfulfilled or partially fulfilled, or are cancelled.
* Call `shopify-get-refund` filtered by `customer-id` and `created-at.from` for refunds in the window.
* Call `shopify-get-transaction` filtered by `customer-id` and `processed-at.from`, and pick out any with a failure or error status.
**Step 3: Account details**
* Call `shopify-get-customer-address` filtered by `customer-id` and note the default address.
* Call `shopify-get-customer-payment-method` filtered by `customer-id`. Flag cards where credit-card-expires-soon is true and methods with a revoked-at date.
* Call `shopify-get-customer-store-credit-account` filtered by `customer-id` for any balance.
* Call `shopify-get-customer-event` filtered by `customer-id` and `created-date.from`, and pick out events marked as a critical alert.
**Step 4: Report**
* Header: name, email, customer since, state, lifetime spend, lifetime orders, tags
* Activity in the window: order count and value, refund count and value, refund rate as a percentage of order value
* Open issues: a table of order number, issue (unpaid, outstanding balance, unfulfilled, failed payment), amount
* Account health: default address, payment methods with any expiring or revoked flagged, store credit balance, critical alerts
* Two or three suggested next actions, only where the data supports them
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* This prompt is read-only. Do not call `shopify-update-customer`, `shopify-update-customer-address`, `shopify-add-customer-address` or any other add or update tool.
* Never print full card numbers; only the brand and last digits the tool returns.
* Report amounts in the currency the tools return. Do not convert currencies.
**Validation:**
* If the customer has no orders in the window, say so and still report the lifetime figures and account details.
* If a read fails or returns nothing, say which section is incomplete rather than leaving it out silently.Who it's for
