The problem
Projects look fine until the budget is gone
Projects in Sage Intacct can look fine on percent complete while the budget is nearly spent, tasks are overdue and nobody has logged time in weeks. Checking every active project means opening each one and comparing numbers by hand.
Without PopdockAI
- Open each active project in Sage Intacct
- Compare budget burn with percent complete
- Check end dates and overdue tasks
- Look for projects nobody is logging time on
With PopdockAI
- Budget burn compared with percent complete for each project
- End dates, overdue tasks and recent time checked
- Red, amber or green by stated rules
- The numbers behind every rating shown, nothing changed

**Objective:** Rate the health of the project `{project-name}`, or of every active project when no name is given, from budget burn, schedule, task slippage and the time entries of the last {lookback-days} days (default 30).
**Step 1: Find the projects**
* A name was given: call `intacct-get-project` with `project-name.contains`. If several match, list them and stop.
* No name: call `intacct-get-project` for active projects (`status`), then drop any whose `project-status` shows it is completed.
For each project note `project-id`, `customer-name`, `project-manager-name`, `begin-date`, `end-date`, `percent-complete`, `contract-amount`, `budgeted-billing-amount` and `actual-amount`.
**Step 2: Budget and schedule**
* Burn = `actual-amount` divided by `contract-amount`, or by `budgeted-billing-amount` when there is no contract amount. With neither, say burn cannot be measured.
* Compare burn with `percent-complete`. Burn running well ahead of completion signals an overrun.
* Flag an `end-date` in the past on a project that is not complete.
**Step 3: Tasks**
Call `intacct-get-task` with the `project-id`. Flag tasks whose `planned-end-date` has passed with `percent-complete` below 100, and tasks whose `actual-duration` exceeds `planned-duration`.
**Step 4: Time**
Call `intacct-get-timesheet-entry` with the `project-id` and `entry-date.from` set to the start of the lookback window. Total `hours` and `billable-hours` by employee and by task. Flag an active project with no time at all, a billable share below 70 percent, and time logged to a task after its planned end.
**Step 5: Rate and report**
* Red: burn 20 or more points ahead of percent complete, the end date has passed, or three or more overdue tasks.
* Amber: burn 10 to 19 points ahead, one or two overdue tasks, or a billable share below 70 percent.
* Green: none of the above.
For several projects, one table sorted red first: project, customer, manager, percent complete, burn percent, overdue tasks, hours in the window, billable percent, rating, main issue.
For one project, the same figures, then the overdue tasks, hours by person, and two or three recommended actions for the project manager.
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* This prompt is read-only. Do not call `intacct-update-project`, `intacct-update-task`, `intacct-create-task`, `intacct-create-project` or any other create or update tool.
* Show the numbers behind every rating so the reader can disagree with it.
* Pass dates as YYYY-MM-DD. If the user names an Intacct company, pass it as `company` on every call.
**Validation:**
* If no project matches the name, say so and stop.
* When reviewing every active project and more than 25 come back, rate them all from Step 2, then run Steps 3 and 4 only for the 10 worst.Who it's for
