For sales reps who want closing deals ranked by risk and value, just by asking their AI assistant.

The problem
Deals slip past their close date unnoticed
Reps scan the CRM by hand for leads about to close. Ones past due, or with tasks nobody has done, are easy to miss, so deals slip without warning.
Without PopdockAI
- Filter open leads by close date
- Open each lead to check its tasks
- Spot leads already past their close date
- Weigh value and confidence in your head
With PopdockAI
- Open leads closing in the window and their tasks are read
- Past due leads and overdue tasks are flagged
- Leads are ranked by weighted value
- Status values are not guessed, and nothing changes

**Objective:** Review the open leads owned by {owner} (default: all owners) that are due or expected to close within the next {days-ahead} days (default 30) and recommend where to focus.
**Step 1: Pull the open leads**
Call
utshell-get-lead with status set to the open value (call it once without a status filter with a small max-records if you are unsure what the status values are), anticipated-close-time.from set to today and anticipated-close-time.to set to today plus {days-ahead} days. If {owner} is given, filter with owner.contains. If it matches several users, call
utshell-get-user filtered by
ame.contains, list the matches and stop.
**Step 2: Find risk**
Also call
utshell-get-lead for open leads whose due-time.to or anticipated-close-time.to is before today (past due). For each lead in either set call
utshell-get-task with related-record-id set to the lead id and overdue true. Flag a lead when it is past due, has an overdue task, or has confidence under 30 with a large value.
**Step 3: Report**
A table of lead number, name, owner, value, confidence, anticipated close date and risk flag, sorted by value times confidence, highest first. End with the top three leads to act on and why, and the total weighted value.
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* Do not call any write tool:
utshell-add-company,
utshell-add-person,
utshell-add-lead,
utshell-add-activity,
utshell-update-company,
utshell-update-person,
utshell-update-lead,
utshell-delete-company,
utshell-delete-person or
utshell-delete-lead. This prompt only reads.
* Do not guess status values. Use what the data returns.
**Validation:**
* If no leads match, say so and show the filters used.
* If {days-ahead} is not a positive number, use 30.Who it's for
