The problem
Risky fund limits sit unnoticed one fund at a time
Fund limits and balances in Ramp are checked one fund at a time. A fund near its limit, a suspended fund, a large temporary limit or a spend program with no transaction limit can sit unnoticed.
Without PopdockAI
- Open each fund to check limits and balances
- Look for suspended funds and who suspended them
- Compare limits across funds by hand
- Miss a program with no transaction limit
With PopdockAI
- Funds read with limits, balances, state and temporary limits
- Spend programs read with limits and allowed vendors
- Near-limit, suspended and unusually large limits flagged
- Recommended changes listed, and nothing changed

**Objective:** Review Ramp funds and spend programs, optionally only those whose name contains `{name}`, and report which limits look risky or stuck.
**Step 1: Funds**
Call `ramp-get-fund` (with `display-name.contains` if a name was given). Look at limit amount, interval, cleared, pending and total balance, state and any temporary limit.
**Step 2: Spend programs**
Call `ramp-get-spend-program` the same way. Note limits, intervals, transaction limits, the allowed vendors list and whether cards are shareable.
**Step 3: Flag**
* Funds near or over their limit (total balance above 90 percent of limit).
* Suspended funds, and who suspended them.
* Temporary limits that raise a fund well above its normal limit.
* Very large limits compared with the rest.
* Programs with no transaction limit.
**Step 4: Report**
Two tables with the flags, then a short list of recommended changes. Do not total amounts across currencies.
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* Read only. Never call `ramp-fund-suspend`, `ramp-fund-unsuspend`, `ramp-fund-terminate`, `ramp-fund-update` or any other write tool.
**Validation:**
* If no fund or program matches, say so and stop.Who it's for
