The problem

Duplicate and oversized claims slip through one-by-one approval

Reimbursement claims in Ramp are often approved one by one, so nobody sees the same claim entered twice, a claim far above the norm, a claim with no memo or receipt, or one that never reached accounting.

Without PopdockAI

  • Approve claims one at a time
  • Miss the same claim entered twice
  • Overlook claims with no memo or receipt
  • Never compare a claim with the norm

With PopdockAI

  • Claims read for your window and minimum amount
  • Large, memo-less, repeated and unsynced claims flagged
  • Receipts checked for the same period
  • Totals by user, and nothing changed

Prompt
**Objective:** Review reimbursements from the last {days-back} days (default 30), optionally above {min-amount} (default 0), and flag what needs a closer look.

**Step 1: Pull claims**

Call `ramp-get-reimbursement` with `transaction-date.from` set to the window start and `entity-amount.min` set to the minimum.

**Step 2: Flag**

* Large claims compared with the median of the set.
* Claims with no memo.
* The same user and merchant appearing more than once, or the same amount repeated.
* Sync status showing the claim is not in accounting.

**Step 3: Receipts**

Call `ramp-get-receipt` with `created-at.from` set to the window start. Claims whose id never appears as a receipt reimbursement id have no receipt.

**Step 4: Report**

A table of flagged claims: user, merchant, date, amount, flag. Then totals by user.

**Rules & Guidelines:**

* Read only. Never call `ramp-reimbursement-add-mileage` or any other write tool.

**Validation:**

* If nothing is returned, say so and stop.
