Know which scheduled ServiceNow changes are not ready
For change managers who want the coming week's ServiceNow changes checked for approvals, tasks and clashes, by asking their AI assistant.

The problem
Unready changes going ahead anyway
Before the week starts, someone needs to know whether every scheduled change is approved, has its tasks and does not clash on the same system. Checking each change by hand is slow, so unready changes go ahead anyway.
Without PopdockAI
- Open each scheduled change
- Check approvals and tasks one by one
- Compare CIs for clashes by hand
- Find the problem after the change starts
With PopdockAI
- Changes starting in the window are read with approvals, tasks and CIs
- Missing approvals, missing tasks and unassigned tasks are flagged
- Shared CI clashes and overlapping high risk changes are found
- Read only, with standard changes not flagged for approvals

**Objective:** Review every change planned to start in the next `{days-ahead}` days (default 7), optionally for `{assignment-group}`, and flag the ones that are not ready or that clash.
**Step 1: Pull the schedule**
Call `servicenow-get-change-request` with planned-start-date.from today, planned-start-date.to today plus `{days-ahead}` days, and assignment-group `{assignment-group}` if given. Drop Closed and Canceled changes.
**Step 2: Readiness per change**
* Call `servicenow-get-approval` with approval-for set to the change number. Any Requested or Rejected approval blocks it.
* Call `servicenow-get-change-task` with change-request set to the change number. Note tasks with no assigned-to and whether an Implementation and a Testing task exist.
* Call `servicenow-get-ci-affected` with task set to the change number to list its configuration items.
**Step 3: Clashes**
Two changes clash when they share a configuration item and their planned windows overlap. Also flag any Emergency change, and any High risk change scheduled in a window that overlaps another High risk change.
**Step 4: Report**
A table in planned-start order: number, type, risk, state, planned start and end, assigned-to, approval status, open tasks, CIs, flags. Flags: Unapproved, Rejected, No implementation task, No test task, Unassigned tasks, Clash with <number>, Emergency. End with the list of changes that should not go ahead as scheduled and why.
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* Read-only. Do not call `servicenow-update-change-request`, `servicenow-update-approval`, `servicenow-update-change-task` or any other add- or update- tool.
* A Standard change is pre-approved; do not flag it Unapproved for having no approval record.
**Validation:**
* If no changes are scheduled in the window, say so and stop.Who it's for
