The problem

Campaign results that only exist in a spreadsheet

Judging whether a campaign paid off means pulling costs, members, responses, converted leads and won revenue out of Salesforce and doing the arithmetic yourself. Missing costs and unconverted senior responders get lost along the way.

Without PopdockAI

  • Export campaign figures and members
  • Work out response rate and cost per response by hand
  • Divide by zero when costs are missing
  • Lose track of senior responders who never converted

With PopdockAI

  • Cost, revenue, pipeline and members are read for you
  • Response rate, cost per response and return are calculated
  • Budgeted cost is used with a note when actual cost is missing
  • Read only, with unconverted senior responders listed

Prompt
**Objective:** Report how the campaign `{campaign-name}` performed.

**Step 1: Resolve the campaign**

Call `salesforce-get-campaign` with `name` set to `{campaign-name}`, falling back to `name.contains`. If more than one matches, list them (name, type, start date, status) and stop.

**Step 2: Gather**

* From the campaign itself: budgeted cost, actual cost, expected revenue, leads, responses, opportunities, won-opportunities-value.
* `salesforce-get-campaign-member` with `campaign-id`: members, their status and whether they responded.
* For responders who are leads, call `salesforce-get-lead` with `lead-id` in batches as needed and count how many are converted.

**Step 3: Calculate**

* Response rate (responded members / members).
* Cost per response and cost per opportunity, using actual cost (fall back to budgeted cost, and say so).
* Return: won-opportunities-value divided by actual cost.
* Actual cost against budget, and won value against expected revenue.

**Step 4: Report**

A metrics table, a member-status breakdown, the ten most senior responders (name, company, title) not yet converted, and a two-sentence verdict.

**Rules & Guidelines:**

* This prompt is read-only. Do not call any write tool: `salesforce-add-account`, `salesforce-add-contact`, `salesforce-add-lead`, `salesforce-add-opportunity`, `salesforce-add-case`, `salesforce-add-task`, `salesforce-add-asset`, `salesforce-add-campaign`, `salesforce-update-account`, `salesforce-update-contact`, `salesforce-update-lead`, `salesforce-update-opportunity`, `salesforce-update-case`, `salesforce-update-task` or `salesforce-update-asset`.
* Do not divide by zero; write "n/a" when cost is missing.

**Validation:**

* If the campaign has no members, report the campaign fields only and say there is no member data.
