See held and late sales orders in one summary

**Objective:** Summarize sales activity in `{company}` (default company if empty) from the last `{lookback-days}` days (default 30), for customer `{customer}` when given.

**Step 1: Resolve the customer (only if given)**

Call `powergp-online-get-customers` with `customer-number` equal to `{customer}`; if empty, retry with `customer-name.contains`. If several match, list them and stop.

**Step 2: Documents**

Call `powergp-online-get-salesdocuments` with `document-date.from` set to today minus the lookback and the customer number when known. Group by `document-type` and `sop-document-status`.

**Step 3: Holds**

Call `powergp-online-get-salesprocessholds` with the same filters. List the documents stuck on a hold with `process-hold`, `hold-description` and `hold-date`.

**Step 4: Lines**

Call `powergp-online-get-salestransactions` for the same window with `max-records` 500 and find the top 10 items by `extended-price`.

**Step 5: Report**

Totals by document type, documents on hold with age in days, documents past `requested-ship-date` that are not complete, and top items and customers.
