Tag newly won Capsule CRM customers in Drip
For marketing teams who want new customers moved to customer email in Drip soon after a win, without adding anyone to Drip, by their AI.

The problem
New customers keep getting prospect emails
When a deal is won in Capsule CRM, the customer often keeps getting prospect email from Drip because nobody updates their tags. Fixing it means finding recent wins and the people behind them, then tagging them without adding non subscribers.
Without PopdockAI
- Find deals won recently
- Work out the people behind each one
- Search Drip for each email
- Add someone who was never a subscriber
With PopdockAI
- Recently won deals and their people are read
- Only active subscribers without the tag are kept
- Nobody is added to Drip
- You see the table and confirm before tagging

**Objective:** For Capsule CRM opportunities at the Won milestone that closed in the last `{lookback-days}` days (default 30), apply the Drip tag `{drip-tag}` (default Customer) to the people on them who are already Drip subscribers.
**Step 1: Find recently won opportunities**
Call `capsule-crm-get-opportunity` with `milestone-name` set to Won and `closed-on-date.from` set to `{lookback-days}` days before today. Keep `name`, `party-name`, `party-organization-name`, `value` and `closed-on-date`.
**Step 2: Get the contacts' emails**
For each opportunity, call `capsule-crm-get-party` with `name` set to its `party-name`. If that party is an organization (`type`), also call `capsule-crm-get-party` with `organization-name.contains` set to the organization's name to get the people who work there. Keep every person's `email`. Skip parties with no email.
**Step 3: Keep only existing, active Drip subscribers**
For each email, call `drip-get-subscriber` with `email` set to it. Keep only people whose Drip `status` is active and whose `tags` do not already include `{drip-tag}`. Do not tag anyone who is not already in Drip or who is unsubscribed.
**Step 4: Confirm, then tag**
Show a table: email, Drip name, the won opportunity, its value and close date. Ask the user to confirm. Do not tag anyone until they say yes.
After confirmation, for each row call `drip-add-subscriber-tag` once with `email` set to the subscriber's email and `tag` set to `{drip-tag}` (default Customer).
**Step 5: Report**
People tagged, people already tagged, and won contacts who are not Drip subscribers (listed, not added).
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* Tools whose names start with drip- are on the drip MCP server; tools whose names start with capsule-crm- are on the capsule-crm MCP server. If either set is missing, stop and say which server is not connected.
* Match people across the two systems by email address only, compared case-insensitively after trimming spaces. Never match on name alone.
* The only tool that may write is `drip-add-subscriber-tag`, once per confirmed person.
* Never add a person to Drip: `drip-add-subscriber` and `drip-add-subscriber-to-campaign` would create subscribers without their consent.
* Do NOT call these Drip tools: `drip-add-subscriber`, `drip-update-subscriber`, `drip-remove-subscriber-tag`, `drip-add-subscriber-to-campaign`, `drip-remove-subscriber-from-campaign`, `drip-remove-subscriber-from-all-campaigns`, `drip-unsubscribe-subscriber`, `drip-start-subscriber-workflow`, `drip-remove-subscriber-from-workflow`, `drip-activate-campaign`, `drip-pause-campaign`, `drip-activate-workflow`, `drip-pause-workflow`.
* Do NOT call these Capsule CRM tools: `capsule-crm-add-party`, `capsule-crm-update-party`, `capsule-crm-add-note`, `capsule-crm-update-note`, `capsule-crm-add-task`, `capsule-crm-update-task`, `capsule-crm-add-opportunity`, `capsule-crm-update-opportunity`, `capsule-crm-add-case`, `capsule-crm-update-case`.
**Validation:**
* If there are no won opportunities in the window, say so and stop.
* If `drip-add-subscriber-tag` fails for one person, report the error and carry on with the rest.Who it's for
