Prep customer calls from Capsule CRM and Chorus in one brief
For sales reps who want deal status and what was said on recent calls and emails in one brief from their AI assistant.

The problem
You walk in without knowing what was promised
Before a customer call you flip between Capsule CRM for deals and tasks and Chorus for what was said on recent calls and emails. Skip either and you walk in without knowing about a promise someone made last month.
Without PopdockAI
- Check open deals, projects and tasks in Capsule CRM
- Search Chorus for recent calls and emails
- Reread summaries to find what was promised
- Walk in missing half the picture
With PopdockAI
- The organization is found, asking if several match
- Deals, projects, tasks and history are read from Capsule CRM
- Recent Chorus calls and emails are added
- Three to five points connect both, nothing changed

**Objective:** Prepare a rep for a call with {account-name}, combining what Capsule CRM holds on the account with what was said in Chorus calls and emails over the last {lookback-days} days (default 30).
**Step 1: Find the account in Capsule CRM**
Call `capsule-crm-get-party` with `name.contains` set to {account-name}. Prefer the organization record over people. If more than one organization matches, list them with city and country and stop so the user can pick. If nothing matches, say so and continue with Chorus only, using {account-name} as the account name.
**Step 2: Read the Capsule CRM context**
Using the organization's name as `party-name.contains`:
- `capsule-crm-get-opportunity`: keep open deals (no `closed-on-date`) with milestone, value, currency, expected close date and owner.
- `capsule-crm-get-case`: open projects with status and owner.
- `capsule-crm-get-task`: tasks with no `completed-date`. Flag any whose due date has passed.
- `capsule-crm-get-entry` with `date.from` set to the start of the window: the latest history entries.
**Step 3: Read the Chorus conversations**
Call `chorus-get-engagements` with `account-name.contains` set to the account name and `date.from` set to the start of the window. Then call `chorus-get-emails` with `account-name.contains` and `sent-time.from` over the same window. The two systems name accounts independently: if the full name returns nothing, retry once with the most distinctive word of the name and say that you did.
**Step 4: Report**
1. Account: Capsule name, owner, last contacted date, city and country.
2. Open deals: table of name, milestone, value, expected close, owner.
3. Open projects and tasks, overdue tasks first.
4. Recent calls: date, subject, rep, duration in minutes (Chorus `duration` is in seconds), one line from the meeting summary.
5. Recent emails: date, subject, sender.
6. What to raise on the call: 3 to 5 bullets that connect the two systems, such as a deal closing soon with no recent call, or a commitment in a meeting summary that has no matching Capsule task.
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* Tools whose names start capsule-crm are on the capsule-crm server; tools whose names start chorus are on the chorus server.
* This prompt is read-only. Do not call `capsule-crm-add-note`, `capsule-crm-add-task`, `capsule-crm-update-opportunity`, `capsule-crm-update-task` or any other Capsule add or update tool, and do not call `chorus-add-moment`, `chorus-create-playlist`, `chorus-export-recordings` or any other Chorus write or export tool.
**Validation:**
* If neither system has anything for the account, say so and stop.
* If only one system has it, report that side and state that the account was not found in the other.
* Never merge two organizations whose names only partly match. Show both and say which one the report used.Who it's for
