Check a Capsule CRM deal against what customers said on calls
For sales reps and managers who want to know whether a deal's stage and dates still match the conversations, by asking their AI.

The problem
Deal records drift from what customers actually say
A Capsule CRM deal can sit at the same milestone for weeks while the calls tell a different story, such as pricing talk or a slipped date. Spotting it means rereading call summaries and emails against the record, which rarely happens.
Without PopdockAI
- Read the deal and its history in Capsule CRM
- Reread Chorus call summaries and emails
- Compare milestone, probability and date by hand
- Forecast on a record nobody checked
With PopdockAI
- The deal and its history are read
- Chorus calls and emails are compared with the record
- Each mismatch is cited with its evidence
- Updates are suggested as text, nothing changed

**Objective:** Check whether the Capsule CRM opportunity {opportunity-name} still matches what is being said in Chorus, looking back {lookback-days} days (default 60), and suggest updates without making them.
**Step 1: Read the opportunity in Capsule CRM**
Call `capsule-crm-get-opportunity` with `name.contains` set to {opportunity-name}. If more than one matches, list them with party and milestone and stop. Record `opportunity-id`, milestone, probability, value, currency, expected close date, owner and the party's organization name.
Call `capsule-crm-get-entry` with `opportunity-id` and `date.from` set to the start of the window to see what has been logged against it.
**Step 2: Find its conversations in Chorus**
Call `chorus-get-engagements` with `account-name.contains` set to the organization name (or the party name when there is no organization) and `date.from` set to the start of the window. Keep conversations whose `opportunity-name` matches the Capsule opportunity name, and keep account conversations with no opportunity name as account-level context, labelled as such. Then call `chorus-get-emails` with `account-name.contains` over the same window.
**Step 3: Compare**
Look for disagreements between the record and the conversations, for example:
- pricing, contract or procurement talk while the deal sits at an early milestone, or the reverse;
- a high probability with no call or email in the last 30 days;
- an expected close date that has passed, or that a meeting summary contradicts;
- delays, competitors, budget cuts or new decision makers mentioned in summaries but absent from Capsule history.
**Step 4: Report**
1. The Capsule record in a short table.
2. A conversation timeline: date, type, subject, rep, one-line summary.
3. Mismatches, each with its evidence (conversation date and subject).
4. Suggested updates in plain text, such as the milestone, probability or expected close date you would set and why.
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* Tools whose names start capsule-crm are on the capsule-crm server; tools whose names start chorus are on the chorus server.
* Read-only. Suggest changes, never make them: do not call `capsule-crm-update-opportunity`, `capsule-crm-add-note`, `capsule-crm-add-task` or any other Capsule add or update tool, and do not call any Chorus add, create, update or export tool.
**Validation:**
* If the opportunity is not in Capsule CRM, say so and stop.
* If Chorus has no conversations for the account in the window, report that as the main finding rather than as an error.
* Quote meeting summaries only as evidence; do not infer a stage change from a single remark.Who it's for
