Get a one-page Capsule CRM account brief before every call
For sales reps who want deals, projects, tasks and recent contact for an account on one page, from their AI assistant.

The problem
Account context is spread across too many tabs
Before a call you want the whole account on one page: deals, projects, open tasks and recent contact. In Capsule CRM that means clicking through several tabs, and an overdue task or a deal past its close date is easy to miss.
Without PopdockAI
- Click through the party, deals and projects tabs
- Scroll the history for recent contact
- Check open tasks for anything overdue
- Miss a deal past its close date
With PopdockAI
- The record is found, never guessed from a similar name
- Deals, projects, tasks and recent contact are read together
- Overdue tasks are marked and up to three watch-outs given
- It only reads and quotes no more than one line

**Objective:** Produce a one-page account brief for `{party-name}`, covering who they are, their open deals and projects, their open tasks and their recent contact history, looking back `{lookback-days}` days (default 90).
**Step 1: Identify the record**
Call `capsule-crm-get-party` with name = {party-name}. If nothing comes back, retry with name.contains = {party-name}. If more than one record matches, list each one's name, type, organization-name, city and party-id, then stop and ask which one is meant. Keep the party-id, type, owner-name and last-contacted-date of the chosen record.
If the record is an organization, also call `capsule-crm-get-party` with organization-name.contains = its name and type = person to list the people who work there.
**Step 2: Deals**
Call `capsule-crm-get-opportunity` with party-name.contains = the record's name. Keep only rows whose party-name or party-organization-name equals the record's name exactly. Treat a row as open when closed-on-date is empty; list closed rows only if closed-on-date falls inside the lookback window.
**Step 3: Projects**
Call `capsule-crm-get-case` with party-name = the record's name. For each open case, call `capsule-crm-get-track` with case-id to show which task sequence is applied to it.
**Step 4: Tasks and history**
* Call `capsule-crm-get-task` with party-id and status = open. Mark any task whose due-date is before today as overdue.
* Call `capsule-crm-get-entry` with party-id and date.from = today minus the lookback. Count entries by type and activity-type-name, and summarize the five most recent in one line each.
**Step 5: Report**
1. **Who:** name, type, organization, job title, city and country, owner, last contacted date, and for an organization the list of its people.
2. **Open deals:** name, milestone, value with currency, probability, expected close date.
3. **Recently closed deals:** name, won or lost, lost reason, closed date.
4. **Projects:** name, status, owner, applied track.
5. **Open tasks:** description, due date, owner, overdue flag.
6. **Recent contact:** the counts, then the five most recent entries.
7. **Watch-outs:** at most three observations, such as no contact in the window, overdue tasks or a deal past its expected close date.
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* This prompt is read-only. Do not call `capsule-crm-add-note`, `capsule-crm-update-note`, `capsule-crm-add-task`, `capsule-crm-update-task`, `capsule-crm-add-opportunity`, `capsule-crm-update-opportunity`, `capsule-crm-add-case`, `capsule-crm-update-case`, `capsule-crm-add-party` or `capsule-crm-update-party`.
* Write "None" for an empty section rather than dropping it.
* Do not quote more than one line of any email or note content.
**Validation:**
* If no record matches {party-name}, say so and suggest checking the spelling. Do not guess a similar name.
* If a read returns exactly max-records rows, say the list may be truncated.Who it's for
