The problem
Call action items get lost or logged twice
The action items from a sales call are in the Chorus summary, but turning them into Capsule CRM tasks means rereading it, finding the contact and deal, and picking dates. Some follow ups get lost, others get created twice.
Without PopdockAI
- Reread the Chorus summary for action items
- Find the right contact and deal in Capsule CRM
- Pick a due date for each task
- Lose some follow ups and duplicate others
With PopdockAI
- Only your side's commitments are pulled from the summary
- The organization, deal and rep are matched
- Items an open task covers are marked
- You choose the tasks, then each is read back

**Objective:** Create Capsule CRM follow-up tasks from the action items in Chorus conversation {conversation-id}, each due {due-in-days} days from today (default 3) unless the summary gives a date.
**Step 1: Read the conversation in Chorus**
Call `chorus-get-engagements` with `conversation-id` set to {conversation-id}. If nothing comes back, or the meeting summary is empty, say so and stop. Take the subject, date, rep name, rep `user-email`, account name, opportunity name and meeting summary.
**Step 2: Extract the action items**
List the follow-ups our side committed to in the summary: sending material, booking the next meeting, getting an answer. Leave out what the customer promised to do. Give each a short description and any date the summary mentions.
**Step 3: Resolve the Capsule CRM records**
- Call `capsule-crm-get-party` with `name.contains` set to the account name and take the organization `party-id`.
- If there is an opportunity name, call `capsule-crm-get-opportunity` with `name.contains` and take its `opportunity-id`.
- Call `capsule-crm-get-user` with `name` set to the rep name, and keep the user whose `from-email` or `username` matches the rep's Chorus email. If none matches, leave the owner unset and say so.
**Step 4: Check for existing tasks**
Call `capsule-crm-get-task` with the `party-id` and look at tasks with no `completed-date`. Mark any action item that an open task already covers, and leave it out unless the user asks for it.
**Step 5: Confirm**
Show a table of description, due date, owner, and the linked opportunity or contact. Ask the user which to create. Do not write until they answer.
**Step 6: Create and verify**
For each approved item, call `capsule-crm-add-task` with `description`, `due-on`, `detail` (the conversation subject and date), `owner-id` when resolved, and the `opportunity-id` when there is one, otherwise the `party-id`. Then call `capsule-crm-get-task` with the `party-id` and confirm each new task exists.
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* Tools whose names start capsule-crm are on the capsule-crm server; tools whose names start chorus are on the chorus server.
* The only write tool is `capsule-crm-add-task`, once per approved item. Do not call `capsule-crm-update-task`, `capsule-crm-add-note`, `capsule-crm-update-opportunity` or any other Capsule write, and do not call any Chorus add, create, update or export tool.
**Validation:**
* If the summary has no action items for our side, say so and create nothing.
* If the account is not in Capsule CRM, offer to create the tasks unlinked, and only do so if the user agrees.
* Due dates must be today or later; move a past date from the summary to today and say so.Who it's for
