The problem
Portfolio reviews that are out of date when finished
Rating a portfolio of Teamwork.com projects means checking each one's health score, latest status update, late milestones and open risks. By the time it is compiled by hand, the picture has already changed.
Without PopdockAI
- Open each active project one at a time
- Note health, status, late milestones and risks
- Decide a rating with no consistent rules
- Present a picture that is already stale
With PopdockAI
- Health, status, milestones and risks are read in one pass
- Each project is rated red, amber or green by stated rules
- Every red and amber rating carries its reason
- Missing health scores show as no score, and nothing is changed

**Objective:** Review the health of the active Teamwork projects, limited to companies whose name contains {company-name} and to the category {category-name} when those are given.
**Step 1: List the projects**
Call `teamwork-get-projects` with `status` set to active, `max-records` 200, and `company-name.contains` and `category-name` when given. If that returns nothing, repeat without `status` and drop projects that have a `completed-at` value. Keep `project-id`, `project-name`, `company-name`, `owner-name`, `end-date` and `last-worked-on`.
**Step 2: Pull the health signals once, not per project**
Make each call below once, without a project filter, and match the rows to the projects by `project-id`:
* `teamwork-get-project-health`: `health-score`.
* `teamwork-get-project-updates` with `is-active` set to true: `health-label` and `created-at`.
* `teamwork-get-milestones` with `completed` set to false and `deadline.to` set to yesterday: late milestones.
* `teamwork-get-risks` with `status` set to open: open risks, and the highest `result` per project.
**Step 3: Rate each project**
* **Red:** the active health label is bad, or the project has a late milestone, or its `end-date` has passed.
* **Amber:** the health label is ok, or the active update is more than 30 days old or missing, or an open risk has no `mitigation-plan`.
* **Green:** none of the above.
* Separately mark a project **dormant** when `last-worked-on` is more than 30 days ago.
**Step 4: Report**
* Counts of red, amber, green and dormant.
* A table sorted red first, then amber, then green: project, company, owner, rating, health score, health label and update age, late milestones, open risks, and the reason for the rating.
* The three projects most in need of attention, with one sentence each on why.
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* This prompt is read-only. Do not call any tool whose name begins with teamwork-create-, teamwork-update-, teamwork-complete-, teamwork-uncomplete-, teamwork-assign-, teamwork-move-, teamwork-copy-, teamwork-clone-, teamwork-reorder-, teamwork-archive-, teamwork-unarchive-, teamwork-lock- or teamwork-unlock-, and do not call `teamwork-get-file-shared-link`.
* Give the reason for every red and amber rating. A rating without a reason is not useful.
* Do not treat a missing health score as good. Show it as "no score".
**Validation:**
* When no projects match, say so and name the filters used.
* When 200 projects come back, say the list may be truncated and suggest a company or category filter.Who it's for
