The problem
Work behind a Jira issue is hard to find in Azure DevOps
Someone searches Azure DevOps by hand for the work behind a Jira issue. Pull requests and work items that only mention the key in a title are easy to miss, so the two sides look further apart than they are.
Without PopdockAI
- Read the issue in Jira
- Search Azure DevOps work items for the key
- Search pull requests too
- Miss the ones that mention it only in a title
With PopdockAI
- The Jira issue and its status are read
- Work items and pull requests quoting the exact key are found
- It reports whether the two sides agree on state
- No match means no traceable work, never a guess

**Objective:** Trace the Jira issue `{issue-key}` to the Azure DevOps work items and pull requests that reference it, searching Azure DevOps project `{project}` (default: all projects), and report the engineering status of the issue.
**Step 1: Read the issue on Jira**
Call `jira-get-issue` (Jira server) with `issue-key` set to `{issue-key}`. If nothing comes back, report that the issue does not exist and stop. Note its `summary`, `status`, `assignee`, `reporter` and `updated-date`. Then call `jira-get-issue-remote-link` (Jira server) and note any link whose `link-url` points at dev.azure.com or visualstudio.com.
**Step 2: Find the matching Azure DevOps work**
Call `azure-devops-get-work-item` (Azure DevOps server) with `title.contains` set to `{issue-key}`, adding `project` when `{project}` is not empty. If that returns nothing, retry with `title.contains` set to the Jira `summary`. Call `azure-devops-get-pull-request` (Azure DevOps server) with `title.contains` set to `{issue-key}` and note each `status`, `source-branch`, `target-branch` and `created-by`. For each work item found, call `azure-devops-get-work-item-comment` with `work-item-id` set to its `id`, and note any comment that mentions the issue key.
**Step 3: Report**
Give three short sections. Jira side: key, summary, status, assignee. Azure DevOps side: each work item (id, type, state, assigned-to) and each pull request (id, status, repository-name). Verdict: one sentence on whether the two sides agree (for example Jira says Done but a pull request is still active).
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* Jira tools come from the Jira server and `azure-devops-*` tools come from the Azure DevOps server.
* This prompt is read only. Never call `jira-add-issue`, `jira-update-issue`, `jira-assign-issue`, `jira-add-issue-comment`, `jira-add-issue-remote-link` or any other jira-add or jira-update tool.
* Match on the exact issue key, not on a partial number.
**Validation:**
* If Azure DevOps returns no work item and no pull request, say the Jira issue has no traceable engineering work, and list the searches you tried.
* If the key is found only in a pull request title, say so instead of claiming a linked work item.Who it's for
