The problem

Good leads go cold in the inbox

Leads pile up in Pipedrive faster than anyone reviews them. Some are ready to become deals, some were never touched and some are spam, but sorting them means opening each one, and good leads go cold while they wait.

Without PopdockAI

  • Open each lead in the Leads Inbox
  • Check value, contacts, labels and notes
  • Decide what to do one lead at a time
  • Let the good ones go cold while you sort

With PopdockAI

  • The lead source is checked before leads are read
  • Notes are read for the ten highest-value leads
  • Each lead lands in one bucket by stated rules
  • The three to act on first are named, read-only

Prompt
**Objective:** Triage the unarchived leads created in the last `{lookback-days}` days (default 14), optionally only from `{lead-source}` and owned by `{owner-name}`, and say what to do with each.

**Step 1: Resolve the filters**

* If `{lead-source}` is given, call `pipedrive-get-lead-source` and check it matches a source name exactly. If it does not, list the sources and stop.
* If `{owner-name}` is given, call `pipedrive-get-user` with `name.contains`. If more than one matches, list them and stop.
* Call `pipedrive-get-lead-label` so you can read the labels on each lead.

**Step 2: Pull the leads**

Call `pipedrive-get-lead` with `archived` = false, `created-date.from` = today minus the lookback, and `lead-source` and `owner-id` if given. For the ten highest-value leads, call `pipedrive-get-note` with `lead-id` for context.

**Step 3: Sort each lead into one bucket**

* **Convert to deal:** has a value, an organization and a contact, and the notes show real interest.
* **Follow up now:** no next-activity-date and created more than 2 days ago. Nobody has touched it.
* **Nurture:** has a next activity scheduled but no value or a weak signal.
* **Archive candidate:** no organization and no contact, or a label or note that says it is spam or not a fit.

**Step 4: Report**

1. **Counts** by bucket and by lead source.
2. **One table per bucket:** title, organization, contact, source, value, owner, created date, next activity date, reason.
3. The three leads to act on first, and why.

**Rules & Guidelines:**

* Read-only. Do not call `pipedrive-add-lead`, `pipedrive-update-lead`, `pipedrive-add-deal` or `pipedrive-add-activity`. To convert a lead, the user can run the convert-lead-to-deal prompt.
* This tool set cannot archive leads. Recommend it; do not attempt it.

**Validation:**

* If no leads match, say so and stop.
