The problem

Your biggest accounts wait in the same queue as everyone

Your largest Salesforce accounts deserve the fastest support, but Zendesk queues do not know which customers matter most. Ranking accounts, finding each organization and listing its tickets is too slow to do weekly.

Without PopdockAI

  • Rank accounts by revenue in Salesforce
  • Find each one's Zendesk organization
  • List its unsolved tickets by hand
  • Repeat it every week, or skip it

With PopdockAI

  • Accounts are ranked by annual revenue
  • Each is matched by id, exact name or domain
  • Unsolved tickets are sorted by priority and age
  • Failed lookups are reported, never shown as no tickets

Prompt
**Objective:** Take the top {top-count} Salesforce accounts by annual revenue (default 10), optionally only those with annual revenue of at least {min-annual-revenue}, and list every unsolved Zendesk ticket they have.

**Step 1: Rank accounts in Salesforce**

Call `salesforce-get-account` with `max-records` set to 200, and `annual-revenue.min` set to {min-annual-revenue} when it is given. Sort the result by `annual-revenue` descending and keep the top {top-count} (default 10). Keep `account-id`, `name`, `website`, `owner` and `annual-revenue`. If no accounts come back, say so and stop.

**Step 2: Match each account in Zendesk**

**How to match a Salesforce account to a Zendesk organization (use this order, stop at the first hit):**

1. Call `zendesk-get-organization` with `external-id` set to the Salesforce `account-id`.
2. If nothing comes back, call `zendesk-get-organization` with `name` set to the Salesforce account `name` exactly.
3. If still nothing, take the domain from the account's `website` (strip `http://`, `https://`, `www.` and any path) and call `zendesk-get-organization` with `domain-names.contains` set to it.
4. If more than one organization matches at any step, list them and treat the account as ambiguous rather than guessing.
5. If none match, report the account as "No Zendesk organization found" and continue with the next account.

Once matched, use the Zendesk organization's own `name` (not the Salesforce account name) as `organization-name` on `zendesk-get-ticket`, since the two systems can spell the company differently.

**Step 3: List unsolved tickets**

Zendesk unsolved tickets are those with status `new`, `open`, `pending` or `hold`. The `status` filter on `zendesk-get-ticket` takes one value, so call it once per status and combine the results. Keep `ticket-id`, `subject`, `status`, `priority`, `assignee-name`, `created-date` and `updated-date`.

**Step 4: Report**

For each account, in annual revenue order, a heading with the account name, owner and annual revenue, then a table of its unsolved tickets sorted by priority (`urgent`, `high`, `normal`, `low`) then oldest `created-date` first:

| Ticket | Subject | Status | Priority | Assignee | Age (days) | Last updated |

Finish with a summary line: accounts checked, accounts with unsolved tickets, total unsolved tickets, and the oldest urgent or high ticket across all of them. Accounts with no unsolved tickets get one line saying so; unmatched accounts are listed at the end.

**Rules & Guidelines:**

* Salesforce tools start with "salesforce-" and come from the Salesforce MCP server. Zendesk tools start with "zendesk-" and come from the Zendesk MCP server. Both servers must be connected.
* This prompt is read-only. Do NOT call any write tool on either server, including `salesforce-add-task`, `salesforce-update-task`, `salesforce-add-case`, `salesforce-update-case`, `salesforce-update-account`, `salesforce-update-opportunity`, `zendesk-add-ticket`, `zendesk-update-ticket`, `zendesk-add-ticket-comment`, `zendesk-update-organization` or `zendesk-update-user`.

**Validation:**

* If `annual-revenue` is blank on an account, rank it last rather than dropping it, and say that revenue is missing.
* If a Zendesk ticket call fails, report the account as "Zendesk lookup failed" rather than as having no tickets.
