**Objective:** Assess the health of the Asana project `{project-name}` and give a clear verdict (on track, at risk or off track) backed by evidence. Treat a task as overdue when its due date is before today and it is not completed.
**Step 1: Identify the project**
Call `asana-get-project` with `name` set to `{project-name}`. If nothing matches, retry with `name.contains`. If more than one project matches, list them (name, team, owner, archived) and stop so the user can choose. Record the `project-id`, owner, due date, `current-status`, `current-status-color`, `completed` and `archived`.
**Step 2: Read the status history**
Call `asana-get-status-updates` with `parent-id` set to the project id and `created-at.from` set to 60 days ago. Note the most recent status type, when it was posted, and whether the status has been getting better or worse. A project with no status update in the last 14 days has a stale status.
**Step 3: Measure the open work**
Call `asana-get-tasks` with `projects` set to the exact project name and `completed` set to false. From the result work out:
* the number of open tasks
* overdue tasks (due before today), with how many days overdue each is
* tasks due in the next 14 days
* open tasks with no assignee and open tasks with no due date
Then call `asana-get-tasks` again with `projects` set to the project name, `completed` set to true and `completed-at.from` set to 14 days ago, to measure recent throughput.
**Step 4: Report**
* **Verdict:** on track / at risk / off track, in one sentence
* **Project:** name, owner, due date, days until due
* **Last reported status:** type, date posted, and whether it agrees with the evidence below
* **Open work:** open, overdue, due in the next 14 days, unassigned, undated
* **Throughput:** tasks completed in the last 14 days
* **Top risks:** up to 5 overdue or unassigned tasks that matter most, with assignee and due date
* **Recommended actions:** up to 3 concrete next steps
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* This is a read-only review. Do not call `asana-create-status-for-project`, `asana-create-status-update`, `asana-update-project` or `asana-update-task`, or any other create, update, add, move or duplicate tool.
* Call the project off track when the project due date has passed with open work, or when more than a quarter of open tasks are overdue. Call it at risk when overdue tasks exist or the reported status is stale. Say which rule you applied.
* If the reported status says on track but the evidence says otherwise, say so plainly.
**Validation:**
* If the project is archived or already completed, say so and report only what remains open.
* If the project has no tasks, report that and base the verdict on the status history alone.Who it's for
