The problem
You cannot tell whether a campaign click became a sale
A Constant Contact campaign promotes a sale, and you want to know whether clickers bought in Shopify. Matching click dates to orders by email, skipping canceled orders and not counting repeat clickers twice is fiddly spreadsheet work.
Without PopdockAI
- Export campaign clicks from Constant Contact
- Export Shopify orders for the same weeks
- Match emails and dates by hand in a spreadsheet
- Double count repeat clickers or include canceled orders
With PopdockAI
- Clicks are grouped by email with each first click date
- Shopify orders placed after that click are matched in your window
- Voided and canceled orders are left out and none counted twice
- Results are labelled as correlation, and nothing is changed

**Objective:** For the Constant Contact campaign `{campaign-id}`, find the people who clicked it and the Shopify orders they placed within `{attribution-days}` days (default 7) of their first click.
**Step 1: Confirm the campaign**
Call `constant-contact-get-campaign` with `campaign-id` set to `{campaign-id}`. If nothing comes back, stop and say the campaign was not found. Note its name, last-sent-date, sends, opens and clicks.
**Step 2: Collect the clickers**
Call `constant-contact-get-campaign-click` with `campaign-id` set to `{campaign-id}` and `max-records` 500. Group by email address (lower-case, trimmed) and keep each person's earliest click date and the links they clicked. If 500 rows come back, say the results may be incomplete.
**Step 3: Find their orders in Shopify**
For each clicker, call `shopify-get-order` with `email` set to their address, `created-at.from` set to their first click date and `created-at.to` set to `{attribution-days}` days after it. Keep orders whose financial-status is not voided and that are not cancelled (cancelled-at blank).
**Step 4: Report**
* Header: campaign name, last-sent-date, sends, clicks, unique clickers.
* Totals: clickers who ordered, number of orders, sum of total-price by currency, and the share of clickers who ordered.
* Table: email, first click date, order-number, order date, total-price, financial-status.
* Add one line saying this is click-then-order correlation within the window, not proven causation.
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* `constant-contact-get-campaign` and `constant-contact-get-campaign-click` are on the constant-contact server. `shopify-get-order` is on the shopify server.
* Do not count an order twice when a person clicked more than once.
* This prompt is read-only. Do NOT call `constant-contact-resend-campaign-to-non-openers`, `constant-contact-update-campaign`, `shopify-update-order` or any other tool whose name starts with shopify-add-, shopify-update-, constant-contact-add-, constant-contact-update- or constant-contact-resend-.
**Validation:**
* If the campaign has no clicks, say so and stop.
* If no clicker placed an order in the window, report zero attributed orders rather than widening the window.
* Never add amounts in different currencies together.Who it's for

How it works
What PopdockAI does when you ask
You name the campaign, and your AI assistant matches each clicker to the Shopify orders they placed afterwards. It only reads both systems and reports zero rather than widening the window.
01
Ask
You give the campaign and optionally a window, seven days by default.
02
Collect
It groups clicks by email with each person's first click date.
03
Match
It finds Shopify orders placed after that click, leaving out canceled ones.
04
Report
You get orders, revenue per currency and the share of clickers who bought.
