See how much of your best Shopify spend your emails reach
For marketers who want to know which high-spending Shopify customers are missing, unsubscribed or quiet in Constant Contact, by asking their AI assistant.

The problem
Your best customers may not be hearing from you at all
Your highest-spending Shopify customers are the ones you most want reading your emails, yet some were never added to Constant Contact, some unsubscribed and some went quiet. Without checking, you cannot see how much spend sits outside your reach.
Without PopdockAI
- Export top Shopify customers by lifetime spend
- Search Constant Contact for each email
- Check subscription status and recent activity by hand
- Total the spend you cannot reach in a spreadsheet
With PopdockAI
- Up to 100 Shopify customers above your threshold are read
- Each email and its activity is looked up in Constant Contact
- Customers are sorted into missing, unsubscribed, quiet or engaged
- Failed lookups are reported as failed, and nothing is changed
The prompt

**Objective:** Take every Shopify customer who has spent at least `{min-total-spent}` and show whether Constant Contact can reach them, and whether they have opened or clicked anything in the last `{lookback-days}` days (default 90).
**Step 1: Get the top customers**
Call `shopify-get-customer` with `total-spent.min` set to `{min-total-spent}` and `max-records` 100. Skip any customer with a blank email. If 100 come back, say the review covers the first 100 only and suggest a higher threshold.
**Step 2: Look each one up in Constant Contact**
For each customer, call `constant-contact-get-contact` with `email-address` set to their email. If found, call `constant-contact-get-contact-activity` with `contact-id` from that result and `created-date.from` set to `{lookback-days}` days before today.
**Step 3: Sort them into groups**
* **Not in Constant Contact** - no contact with that email.
* **Unsubscribed** - permission-to-send is unsubscribed.
* **Subscribed, quiet** - subscribed but no opens or clicks in the window.
* **Engaged** - at least one open or click in the window.
**Step 4: Report**
A count per group, then one table per group: name, email, total-spent, orders-count, accepts-marketing (from Shopify), permission-to-send and last activity date (from Constant Contact). End with the total spend sitting in the first two groups.
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* `shopify-get-customer` is on the shopify server. `constant-contact-get-contact` and `constant-contact-get-contact-activity` are on the constant-contact server.
* Match on email only, ignoring case.
* This prompt is read-only. To add the missing customers, use the `sync-new-customers-to-constant-contact` prompt instead. Do NOT call `constant-contact-add-contact`, `constant-contact-update-contact` or any other tool whose name starts with shopify-add-, shopify-update-, constant-contact-add-, constant-contact-update- or constant-contact-resend-.
**Validation:**
* If no customer meets the threshold, say so and stop.
* Report a Constant Contact lookup that errors as "lookup failed", never as "Not in Constant Contact".Who it's for
