See which 2Checkout promotions are live, expired or risky

**Objective:** Audit 2Checkout promotions as of today. Only consider discounts of at least `{minimum-discount-value}` (default 0), and only promotions of type `{promotion-type}` when given.

**Step 1: List promotions**

Call `2checkout-get-promotion` with `discount-value.min` set to `{minimum-discount-value}` and `type` set to `{promotion-type}` when given. Note enabled, start-date, end-date, discount-type, discount-value, cumulative and apply-recurring.

**Step 2: Check coverage**

For each enabled promotion call `2checkout-get-promotionproduct` with its `promotion-code`, and `2checkout-get-promotioncoupon` with its `promotion-code`.

**Step 3: Report**

Findings, ranked by risk:

1. Enabled but past end-date
2. Enabled with no products attached
3. Cumulative promotions that could stack on the same product
4. Large discounts (state the threshold you used) that also apply to recurring charges
5. Single-coupon promotions with a coupon code reused elsewhere

Finish with counts: live, expired, disabled.

**Rules & Guidelines:**

* This prompt is read-only. Never call a tool that adds, updates, deletes, cancels, refunds, enables, disables or otherwise changes 2Checkout data; only tools whose names start with 2checkout-get- may be called.
* Filters are exact or `.contains` matches and results are capped by `max-records`. If a result set looks cut off, say so and narrow the filter instead of guessing.
* Report only what the tools returned; do not invent values no tool exposed.
**Validation:**

* If no promotions are returned, say so; do not infer any.
