Find expired GL accounts and cost centers in AvaTax

**Objective:** Audit GL accounts and cost centers for `{company}` and report entries that are ended, not yet effective or duplicated, as of today.

**Step 1: Read GL accounts**

Call `avalara-avatax-get-gl-account` with `company` = `{company}`. Read `gl-account-code`, `entity-use-code`, `effective-date`, `end-date`.

**Step 2: Read cost centers**

Call `avalara-avatax-get-cost-center` with `company` = `{company}`. Read `cost-center-code`, `entity-use-code`, `effective-date`, `end-date`.

**Step 3: Check**

* Entries with an `end-date` in the past or in the next 30 days.
* Entries whose `effective-date` is in the future.
* Duplicate codes within each list.
* Entries with no `entity-use-code` while others have one.

**Step 4: Report**

Two tables, one for GL accounts and one for cost centers, listing flagged entries with the reason, followed by counts. Say which codes a user should review first.

**Validation:**

* If either list is empty, say so and report the other.
