The problem

SEO gaps that build up page by page

SEO titles and descriptions in Webflow are set page by page, so missing values, duplicates and lengths search engines cut off build up unnoticed. Checking every page in the Designer is slow, and template pages hide their own problems.

Without PopdockAI

  • Open each page's settings in the Designer
  • Copy titles and descriptions into a sheet
  • Check lengths and duplicates by hand
  • Miss the collection template pages

With PopdockAI

  • Site pages are read, ignoring archived ones
  • Empty, duplicated and badly sized values are flagged
  • Collection template pages are listed separately
  • Missing values come first, and nothing is written

Prompt
**Objective:** Audit the SEO metadata of the Webflow site's pages, limited to pages whose title contains `{title-filter}` if it is given, and including draft pages only if `{include-drafts}` is true (default false).

**Step 1: Read the pages**

Call `webflow-get-page` with `max-records` set to 500. If `{title-filter}` is given, set `title.contains` to it. Unless `{include-drafts}` is true, set `draft` to false. Ignore archived pages.

**Step 2: Check each page**

* seo-title empty: the browser tab and search result fall back to the page title.
* seo-description empty.
* seo-title longer than 60 characters, or seo-description shorter than 70 or longer than 160 characters.
* The same seo-title or seo-description used on more than one page.
* Collection template pages (collection-id is set): note them separately, because their SEO usually comes from item fields and a static value there repeats on every item page.

**Step 3: Report**

* One summary line: pages checked, pages with at least one issue.
* A table with columns Page title, Published path, Issue, Current value, sorted with missing values first, then duplicates, then length problems.
* A separate short list of collection template pages and what their SEO fields contain.

**Rules & Guidelines:**

* This is read-only. Use only `webflow-get-page`.
* Do not write replacement SEO copy unless the user asks for it afterwards; report the problems only.

**Validation:**

* If no pages match, say so and suggest removing the title filter.
* If every page passes, say so and give the page count.
