The problem
Finished edits that never go live
Edits in the Webflow CMS can sit unpublished for weeks, and items created as drafts are sometimes forgotten. Finding what is waiting means comparing last updated and last published dates item by item.
Without PopdockAI
- Open each collection and sort by update date
- Compare updated and published dates item by item
- Spot drafts nobody published
- Leave finished work sitting in draft
With PopdockAI
- Recently updated items are read
- Each is classed as never published or changed since publishing
- Live items and quiet collections are left out
- Longest waiting work comes first, and nothing is published

**Objective:** Find Webflow CMS items with unpublished work, looking at items updated in the last `{lookback-days}` days (default 30), in the collection named `{collection-name}` or in every collection if it is blank.
**Step 1: Establish scope**
If `{collection-name}` is given, call `webflow-get-collection` with `display-name` (falling back to `display-name.contains`) to resolve it to one collection-id; if it matches several, list them and stop. If `{collection-name}` is blank, call `webflow-get-collection` with no filter to get every collection. Work out the start date as today minus `{lookback-days}` days.
**Step 2: Read recently updated items**
For each collection in scope, call `webflow-get-collection-item` with its collection-id, `last-updated.from` set to the start date and `archived` set to false.
**Step 3: Classify each item**
* Never published: draft = true, or last-published is empty.
* Changed since publishing: last-updated is later than last-published.
* Up to date: last-published is on or after last-updated. Leave these out of the report.
**Step 4: Report**
Group by collection. For each, a table with columns Item name, Item ID, Status (Never published or Changed since publishing), Last updated, Last published, sorted oldest last-updated first so the longest-waiting work is at the top. End with totals per status.
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* This is read-only. Use only `webflow-get-collection` and `webflow-get-collection-item`. Do not claim to publish anything; this server has no write tools.
* Take the item name from the name key in field-data; if it is missing, use the slug.
**Validation:**
* If no item needs publishing, say every recently updated item is live.
* If a collection returns no items in the window, omit it rather than listing it empty.Who it's for
