The prompt

**Objective:** Audit the dimensions and their values, focusing on dimension `{dimension-name}` (default: every dimension).
**Step 1: List the dimensions**
Call `workday-adaptive-planning-get-dimension`. If `{dimension-name}` was given, filter by `name.contains` and, if more than one dimension matches, list them and stop. Note each dimension's `id`, `code`, `list-dimension` and `use-on-levels`.
**Step 2: Pull the values per dimension**
For each dimension in scope call `workday-adaptive-planning-get-dimension-value` with `dimension-id` set to the dimension's `id` and a high `max-records`. Do not use `dimension-name` for this when the `id` is known.
**Step 3: Check**
* Dimensions with zero values.
* Values with the same `name` (compare case-insensitively) or the same `code` within one dimension.
* Values whose `parent-value-id` points at a value not in the same dimension's results.
* Values with no `short-name` or `description` where most siblings have one.
**Step 4: Report**
One line per dimension (name, code, value count, used on levels or not), then a table of flagged values with columns dimension, value, issue.
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* This prompt is read-only. Never call `workday-adaptive-planning-add-dimension-value`, `workday-adaptive-planning-update-dimension-value` or any other write tool, even to fix an obvious duplicate. Recommend the fix instead.
* Say if a result may be truncated by `max-records`.
