See your Adaptive Planning entity tree and what is wrong with it
For finance teams who want the level hierarchy mapped and checked, just by asking their AI assistant.

The problem
A flat list of levels hides how the entity tree really fits
Adaptive Planning returns organisation levels as a flat list with parent links, so seeing the entity tree means piecing it together by hand. Along the way a currency change between parent and child, or a misplaced elimination level, slips through.
Without PopdockAI
- Export the levels and sort them by parent
- Rebuild the tree by hand in a spreadsheet
- Compare currency and workflow status level by level
- Miss a misplaced elimination level
With PopdockAI
- The tree is built from the parent links in the data
- Currency, elimination and workflow oddities are flagged
- Missing parents and duplicate names or codes are listed
- It stops on an ambiguous root and changes nothing

**Objective:** Build the organisation level hierarchy starting from `{root-level-name}` (default: the whole tree) and check it for structural problems.
**Step 1: Pull the levels**
Call `workday-adaptive-planning-get-level` with a high `max-records`. If `{root-level-name}` was given, first filter by `name` to find that level and note its `id`; if it matches more than one level, list the matches and stop. Then walk down by calling `workday-adaptive-planning-get-level` with `parent-id` set to each level's `id` where `has-children` is true. If no root was given, pull all levels in one call and build the tree from `parent-id`.
**Step 2: Check**
* Levels with a `currency` that differs from their parent's.
* Levels flagged `elimination-level` and where they sit in the tree.
* Levels with a `workflow-status` that differs from siblings.
* Levels whose `parent-id` points at a level that is not in the results.
* Duplicate `name` or `code` values.
**Step 3: Report**
Show an indented tree (name, code, currency, marked as elimination where it applies), then a short list of the problems found and the level each belongs to.
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* This prompt is read-only. Never call any add, update, import, erase or publish tool on this server.
* Do not infer a hierarchy that `parent-id` does not show.
**Validation:**
* If no levels come back, say so and stop.
* If the tree is too large to print, show the top three levels and counts below them.Who it's for

How it works
What PopdockAI does when you ask
You name a root level, or ask for the whole tree, and your AI assistant builds the hierarchy from Workday Adaptive Planning. It uses only links the data shows and never edits the model.
01
Ask
You name a root level, or leave it open for the whole tree.
02
Read
It pulls the levels and finds the root, stopping if the name matches more than one.
03
Check
It compares currency, elimination and workflow status along the parent links.
04
Report
You get an indented tree and a short list of problems with the level each belongs to.
