Before a customer call you read their details and orders in BigCommerce, then search your task list for anything that mentions them. Putting the two together takes time, and a refund or an open task is easy to miss.

The prompt
Use this prompt

**Objective:** Produce a brief for the customer with email `{customer-email}`, combining their BigCommerce order history with the TickTick work that mentions them, looking back `{lookback-days}` days (default 90). This is read-only.
**Step 1: Find the customer (bigcommerce server)**
Call `bigcommerce-get-customer` with `email` set to `{customer-email}`. If nothing matches, say so and stop. If more than one matches, list them and stop. Keep `id`, `name`, `company`, `phone`, `customer-group-id`, `notes`, `date-created`.
**Step 2: Read their orders (bigcommerce server)**
Call `bigcommerce-get-order` with `customer-id` set to the customer id and `date-created.from` set to today minus `{lookback-days}` days. Keep `id`, `status`, `payment-status`, `total-including-tax`, `refunded-amount`, `date-created`.
**Step 3: Find related TickTick work (ticktick server)**
Call `ticktick-get-tasks` with `title.contains` set to the customer's last name, then again for each order id as `Order #<id>`. Combine the results and drop duplicates by task id. For each task found, call `ticktick-get-task-comments` with `task-id` set to the task id and keep the comment text and created-time.
**Step 4: Report**
Give: customer details, an order table with totals, lifetime total and refunded total over the window, then a task table (task id, title, project-name, status, due-date) with the latest comment under each. End with up to three observations, such as a refunded order with no task.
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* Tools prefixed bigcommerce- belong to the bigcommerce MCP server. Tools prefixed ticktick- belong to the TickTick MCP server. Both must be connected.
* Do not call any write tool on either server, including `ticktick-add-comment`, `ticktick-add-task` and `bigcommerce-customer-update`.
**Validation:**
* A last-name search can match unrelated tasks; only include a task when its title or comments also mention the email, the full name or an order id, and say which one matched.
* If the customer has no orders in the window, say so and still report the tasks.Who it's for
