See a buyer's BigCommerce orders and Mailchimp engagement
For marketing teams who want a buyer's purchases and Mailchimp engagement in one answer, just by asking their AI assistant.

The problem
You cannot tell if your buyers actually read your email
Checking whether a buyer opens your email means searching BigCommerce for orders and Mailchimp for the audience record, then matching by hand. Unsubscribed buyers, or buyers who never open anything, slip through.
Without PopdockAI
- Total a customer's orders in BigCommerce
- Search each Mailchimp audience for the email
- Read open and click rates on the member record
- Miss that a regular buyer has unsubscribed
With PopdockAI
- Orders and spend are totalled from BigCommerce
- Each Mailchimp audience shows status, rating, opens, clicks and tags
- Campaign activity in the window and attributed orders are counted
- Unsubscribed buyers who still order are flagged, nothing is changed

**Objective:** Build a combined purchase and email-engagement profile for the customer with email `{email}`, looking back `{lookback-days}` days (default 180).
**Step 1: Find the customer in BigCommerce**
Call `bigcommerce-get-customer` (bigcommerce server) with `email` set to `{email}`. If nothing matches, report that the customer is not in BigCommerce and continue with Step 3 only. Keep `id`, `name`, `company` and `date-created`.
**Step 2: Get their orders**
Call `bigcommerce-get-order` (bigcommerce server) with `customer-id` set to the customer id and `date-created.from` set to the start of the window. Total the order count and `total-including-tax`, and note the latest `date-created`.
**Step 3: Find them in Mailchimp**
Call `mailchimp-get-list-member` (mailchimp server) with `email` set to `{email}`. List each audience (`list-name`) with `status`, `vip`, `rating`, `average-open-rate`, `average-click-rate` and `tags`. If nothing matches, report the person as present in BigCommerce and absent from Mailchimp.
**Step 4: Get campaign activity**
Call `mailchimp-get-campaign-email-activity` (mailchimp server) with `email-address` set to `{email}` and `activity-date.from` set to the start of the window. Count activity by `action` and note the latest `activity-date`. Also call `mailchimp-get-order` (mailchimp server) with `customer-email-address` set to `{email}` and report any orders carrying an `outreach-name`.
**Step 5: Report**
One block per system: BigCommerce (customer, order count, revenue, last order) and Mailchimp (audiences, status, opens and clicks, campaign-attributed orders). Close with flags: unsubscribed but still ordering, ordering but never opened an email, subscribed but no orders.
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* `bigcommerce-*` tools run on the bigcommerce server and `mailchimp-*` tools on the mailchimp server. Both servers must be connected.
* Match the two systems on email address, ignoring case.
* This prompt is read-only. Never call any `bigcommerce-*-add`, `-update` or `-delete` tool, and never call `mailchimp-add-list-member`, `mailchimp-update-list-member`, `mailchimp-add-customer`, `mailchimp-update-customer` or any other Mailchimp write tool.
**Validation:**
* If either side returns nothing, say so and still report the other side.
* If `max-records` truncates a result, say the figures are partial.
