**Step 1: Outstanding balances**
Call `bigcommerce-get-gift-certificate` with `balance.min` set to 0.01. Read `status`, `amount`, `balance`, `expiry-date`.
**Step 2: Analyse**
* Total balance and number of certificates, split by `status`.
* Certificates whose `expiry-date` falls within the window.
* Certificates already past `expiry-date` that still carry a balance.
* The 10 largest balances.
**Step 3: Report**
Headline liability figure, the status split, then tables for expiring, past-expiry and largest. Mention the currency is not on these records.
