The problem

Untagged and duplicate links quietly break reporting

Untitled and untagged Bitly links never show up in campaign reports, two links to one page split the clicks, and http destinations send visitors to insecure pages. None of it is visible until someone reads the whole account.

Without PopdockAI

  • Read through every link in the group
  • Spot missing titles and tags by eye
  • Search for duplicate destinations
  • Fix whatever you happen to find first

With PopdockAI

  • Every unarchived link is checked against fixed rules
  • Missing titles, tags, duplicates, http pages and tracking clashes are found
  • Findings are ranked by this year's clicks with a fix for each
  • Nothing is changed, so you decide what to apply

Prompt
**Objective:** Audit the unarchived bitlinks in `{group-name}` (default: all groups) created on or after `{created-from}` (default: all time) and list what needs tidying.

**Step 1: Read the links**

Call `bitly-get-bitlink` with `archived` = false, plus `group-name` and `created-date.from` when given. Raise `max-records` until the whole set is returned.

**Step 2: Check each link against these rules**

* **No title** - `title` is empty or equals the long URL.
* **No tags** - `tags` is empty, so the link cannot appear in any campaign report.
* **Duplicate destination** - two or more unarchived links share the same `long-url` (compare ignoring a trailing slash and letter case in the host).
* **Insecure destination** - `long-url` starts with `http://`.
* **Tracking clash** - links sharing a tag whose `long-url` values carry different utm_campaign values.

**Step 3: Rank by traffic**

For links that fail any rule, call `bitly-get-click-month` with `link` and the current `year` and note the clicks, so the user fixes the busy links first.

**Step 4: Report**

One section per rule, each a table of link, title, tags, long-url and clicks this year, sorted by clicks. End with counts per rule and the total number of links checked.

**Rules & Guidelines:**

* Do not call `bitly-add-bitlink` or `bitly-update-bitlink`. This prompt is read-only. Suggest the fix for each finding (a title, a tag, which duplicate to keep) and leave applying it to the user or the `update-bitlink-details` prompt.
* Treat `custom-bitlinks` as a hint only: a branded custom back-half is a reason to keep that duplicate rather than the other.

**Validation:**

* If no links are returned, say so and stop.
* If a rule has no findings, say "none" for that section rather than leaving it out.
