The problem

Bugs and personal tasks overload the same days

A person's bug load lives in BugHerd while their own tasks live in TickTick, so the two are checked separately. A day that looks fine in one tool can be overloaded once both are added up.

Without PopdockAI

  • Check open bugs in BugHerd
  • Check due tasks in TickTick separately
  • Add the two up day by day in your head
  • Find out a day was overloaded when work slips

With PopdockAI

  • Open bugs and TickTick tasks are read for the same window
  • Both are laid out day by day side by side
  • Days with more than 5 items and undated bugs are flagged
  • Name differences are resolved, and nothing is changed

Prompt
**Objective:** For `{assignee}`, show open BugHerd bugs next to the TickTick tasks due in the next `{days}` days (default 7), and flag overload.

**Step 1: BugHerd bugs**

Call `bugherd-get-tasks` (BugHerd) with `assignee` set to `{assignee}` and keep open ones. Note `project-name`, `task-number`, `title`, `severity`, `due-date`.

**Step 2: TickTick schedule**

Call `ticktick-get-tasks` (TickTick) with `status` open, `assignee` set to `{assignee}`, `due-date.from` today and `due-date.to` today plus `{days}` days.

**Step 3: Report**

Day by day: TickTick tasks due and BugHerd bugs due. Then totals, the days with more than 5 items combined, and open bugs with no due date.

**Rules & Guidelines:**

* `ticktick-*` tools are on the TickTick MCP server and `bugherd-*` tools are on the BugHerd server.
* If the two systems spell the assignee differently, look up the email or display name with `bugherd-get-users` (BugHerd) and say which form matched.
* Read-only: do NOT call any `ticktick-add-*`, `ticktick-update-*`, `ticktick-delete-*`, `ticktick-complete-*`, `ticktick-move-*`, `ticktick-assign-*`, `ticktick-unassign-*`, `ticktick-batch-tasks`, or any `bugherd-add-*`, `bugherd-update-*`, `bugherd-move-*` tool.

**Validation:**

* If either side returns nothing, report the other side alone and say so.

How it works

What PopdockAI does when you ask

You name a person and a number of days, and your AI assistant lines up their BugHerd bugs and TickTick tasks. It only reads both tools.

01

Ask

You name the assignee and how many days to look ahead.

Your AI tool

02

Read

It reads their open BugHerd bugs and their open TickTick tasks due in that window.
