**Objective:** For BugHerd project `{bugherd-project}`, find open bugs that have no matching task in TickTick, looking at TickTick project `{ticktick-project}` (default: all projects).
**Step 1: Resolve the BugHerd project**
Call `bugherd-get-projects` (BugHerd) with `name.contains` set to `{bugherd-project}`. If it matches more than one project, list them and stop. If none, say so and stop.
**Step 2: Read open bugs**
Call `bugherd-get-tasks` (BugHerd) with the `project-id` from Step 1. Keep tasks whose `status` is not closed. Note `task-number`, `title`, `severity`, `assignee`, `due-date`.
**Step 3: Read TickTick tasks**
Call `ticktick-get-tasks` (TickTick) with `status` open. If `{ticktick-project}` is given, pass it as `project-name`. For each BugHerd task, look for a match using the matching convention below.
**Step 4: Report**
A table of unmatched bugs: task-number, title, severity, assignee, due-date. Then a count of matched vs unmatched.
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* `ticktick-*` tools are on the TickTick MCP server and `bugherd-*` tools are on the BugHerd server. Both servers must be connected.
* Matching convention: a TickTick task matches a BugHerd task when its title or content contains the BugHerd task number as `#<task-number>` (for example #123), or when its title equals the BugHerd title (case-insensitive). Prefer the number match.
* Read-only: do NOT call any `ticktick-add-*`, `ticktick-update-*`, `ticktick-delete-*`, `ticktick-complete-*`, `ticktick-move-*`, `ticktick-assign-*`, `ticktick-unassign-*`, `ticktick-batch-tasks`, or any `bugherd-add-*`, `bugherd-update-*`, `bugherd-move-*` tool.
**Validation:**
* If BugHerd returns no open tasks, report that and stop.
* If TickTick returns no tasks, report every bug as unmatched and note the TickTick filter used.Who it's for
