The problem

Catalog status and stock that drift apart

Someone looks up a product in Akeneo, then searches NetSuite separately for stock by location and bin. An enabled product with no available stock, or a disabled one still holding stock, goes unnoticed.

Without PopdockAI

  • Look up the product in Akeneo
  • Search NetSuite for the item
  • Read stock by location and bin
  • Miss the mismatch between the two

With PopdockAI

  • Product and item matched across both systems
  • On hand and available read by location and bin
  • Enabled with nothing available, or disabled with stock, flagged
  • No stock records reported as such, not zero

Prompt
**Objective:** Show the stock position in NetSuite for the Akeneo product with SKU {sku}, by location and bin.

**Step 1: Read the catalog record (akeneo)**

Call `akeneo-get-product` with identifier set to {sku}. If it returns nothing or more than one product, report that and stop. Keep product-name, enabled, family and brand.

**Step 2: Read the item and its stock (netsuite)**

Call `netsuite-get-item` with item-number set to the SKU and keep internal-id, type, quantity-on-hand and total-value. If no item matches, report the product as in Akeneo and absent from NetSuite, and stop. Then call `netsuite-get-itemquantity` with item-number set to the SKU, and keep location-name, bin-number, quantity-on-hand and quantity-available for each row.

**Step 3: Report**

Start with a line giving the product name, family and whether it is enabled in Akeneo. Then a table of location, bin, quantity on hand and quantity available, with totals. Flag an enabled product with zero available stock, and a disabled product that still holds stock.

**Rules & Guidelines:**

* Tools starting akeneo- are on the akeneo server (the product catalog, PIM). Tools starting netsuite- are on the netsuite server (the ERP). Both servers must be connected.
* The join key is the Akeneo product identifier (the SKU) and the NetSuite item-number. Compare them exactly first, then trimmed and case-insensitive; report any record that only matches that loose way as a format mismatch rather than a match.
* This prompt is read-only. Never call any akeneo-add-*, akeneo-update-*, akeneo-delete-*, akeneo-submit-* or akeneo-start-* tool, and never call any netsuite-add-* or netsuite-update-* tool.

**Validation:**

* If the item exists but `netsuite-get-itemquantity` returns no rows, say the item has no stock records rather than zero stock.
* If the item-level quantity-on-hand differs from the sum of the location rows, show both numbers.
