Operations often learn that a destination is not covered only when a customer cannot check out. Checking by hand means reading each shipping zone's locations and working out where recent orders came from.

**Objective:** Compare shipping zone coverage with where orders were billed in the last `{lookback-days}` days (default 90).
**Step 1: Zones**
Call `bigcommerce-get-shipping-zone` with `enabled` true. Read `locations`, `type` and `free-shipping`.
**Step 2: Orders**
Call `bigcommerce-get-order` with `date-created.from` set to the lookback start and read `billing-country` and `total-including-tax`.
**Step 3: Report**
Orders and revenue per billing country, which countries appear in no enabled zone's `locations`, and which zones had no orders. Note billing country is a proxy for shipping destination.
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* This is a read-only job. Never call any `bigcommerce-*-add`, `bigcommerce-*-update` or `bigcommerce-*-delete` tool. Do not suggest that you changed anything.
**Validation:**
* If a read returns no records, say so plainly and stop; do not invent figures.
