The problem
Won deals never billed, lost deals still charging
Sales and finance compare closed deals in Capsule CRM with subscriptions in 2Checkout by eye. Won deals never get billed, lost deals keep charging, and matching a deal to a customer means finding each contact email first.
Without PopdockAI
- List deals at a stage in Capsule CRM
- Find each deal's contact email
- Search 2Checkout for a subscription
- Miss won deals that were never billed
With PopdockAI
- Deals at the stage are listed with contact emails
- Billing in 2Checkout is checked by email, never by name
- No subscription is told apart from unknown customers
- Rows needing follow up are listed, nothing changed

**Objective:** For Capsule CRM opportunities at milestone `{milestone-name}` (default "Won"), check whether the customer has an active subscription in 2Checkout. Review up to {max-opportunities} opportunities (default 20).
**Step 1: List opportunities in Capsule CRM**
Call `capsule-crm-get-opportunity` (Capsule CRM server) with `milestone-name` = {milestone-name} and `max-records` = {max-opportunities}. If nothing comes back, report that and stop.
**Step 2: Get the contact email**
For each opportunity call `capsule-crm-get-party` with `name.contains` set to the opportunity's party-name, and take the email. If more than one party matches, use the one whose organization-name equals party-organization-name; if still ambiguous, mark the opportunity "ambiguous contact" and skip it.
**Step 3: Look for billing in 2Checkout**
Call `2checkout-get-subscription` (2Checkout server) with `end-user-email` set to that email. If it returns nothing, call `2checkout-get-customer` with `email` set to it to tell "customer with no subscription" from "unknown to 2Checkout".
**Step 4: Report**
A table with one row per opportunity: name, party, value and currency, expected-close-date or closed-on-date, then the 2Checkout result: Active subscription (with product-name and expiration-date), Subscription not active, Customer but no subscription, Not in 2Checkout, or Ambiguous contact. Finish with a short list of the rows that need follow-up: a Won deal with no active subscription, or a Lost deal with an active one.
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* `capsule-crm-*` tools are on the Capsule CRM server; `2checkout-*` tools are on the 2Checkout server. Both servers must be connected.
* This prompt is read-only. Do not call any 2checkout action tool (for example `2checkout-customer-update`, `2checkout-customer-add`, `2checkout-order-refund`, `2checkout-order-cancel`, `2checkout-subscription-disable`) and do not call any Capsule CRM write tool (`capsule-crm-add-party`, `capsule-crm-update-party`, `capsule-crm-add-note`, `capsule-crm-add-task`, `capsule-crm-add-opportunity`, `capsule-crm-update-opportunity`, `capsule-crm-add-case`, `capsule-crm-update-case`, `capsule-crm-update-note`, `capsule-crm-update-task`).
* Opportunity value and subscription price are not compared; only the existence and status of the subscription.
**Validation:**
* A contact with no email cannot be matched; report it as "no email" instead of searching by name in 2Checkout.
* If an email matches subscriptions under several customers, list them and do not pick one.Who it's for
