The problem

Meeting action items slip because nobody checks the task app

After a meeting, someone rereads the notes and scans TickTick to see whether each action item was captured. It is rarely done item by item, so commitments slip and are only noticed when someone chases them.

Without PopdockAI

  • Reread the meeting notes for action items
  • Scan TickTick for matching tasks
  • Guess whether a similar task covers the item
  • Notice the gap when someone chases it

With PopdockAI

  • Action items come from the summary, or the transcript if needed
  • Owners and due dates are kept where they were said
  • Open TickTick tasks are matched, doubtful ones noted
  • Covered and missing tables, and nothing is written

Prompt
**Objective:** Compare the action items agreed in the Granola meeting matching `{meeting-title}` with the open tasks in TickTick, optionally limited to the TickTick project `{project-name}`, and report which items are covered and which are missing. Read-only.

**Step 1: Find the meeting (Granola)**

Call `granola-get-note` with `title.contains` set to `{meeting-title}`. If more than one note matches, list them (title, scheduled-start, owner-name) and stop so the user can pick one. If none match, say so and stop.

**Step 2: Extract the action items (Granola)**

Read the `summary` of the note. If the summary has no clear action items, call `granola-get-transcript` with `note-id` set to the note `id` and look for commitments ("I will", "can you", "by Friday"). List each item with its owner and due date if one was said.

**Step 3: Find matching tasks (TickTick)**

Call `ticktick-get-tasks` for open tasks, with `project-name` set to `{project-name}` when it is given. For each action item, search `title.contains` using its key words. A task counts as a match when its title clearly covers the same work.

**Step 4: Report**

Give two tables. Covered: action item, matching task title, project-name, due-date, assignee. Missing: action item, suggested owner, suggested due date. End with a one-line count of each.

**Rules & Guidelines:**

* `granola-get-note` and `granola-get-transcript` are on the Granola server. `ticktick-get-tasks` is on the TickTick server.
* This prompt is read-only. Do not call `ticktick-add-task`, `ticktick-update-task`, `ticktick-batch-tasks`, `ticktick-complete-task` or any other TickTick write tool.
* Do not guess at a match. When unsure, list the item under Missing and note the near match.

**Validation:**

* If Granola returns no summary and no transcript lines, report that the meeting has no extractable content and stop.
* If TickTick returns no open tasks, report every action item as Missing.
* If `{project-name}` matches no project, say so and search across all projects instead.
