The problem

Nobody knows how much of the week went to meetings

Meetings are recorded in Granola and focus time is logged in TickTick, so nobody can say how the week was really split. Adding it up means opening both and doing the sums day by day.

Without PopdockAI

  • Count meetings and their hours in Granola
  • Add up focus sessions in TickTick
  • Line the two up day by day
  • Work out the ratio by hand

With PopdockAI

  • Meeting hours and counts per day come from scheduled times
  • Focus hours and sessions per day come from TickTick
  • Heaviest meeting days and days with no focus are named
  • Unknown end times stay unknown, and nothing is changed

Prompt
**Objective:** For the last `{lookback-days}` days (default 7), compare the time spent in meetings recorded in Granola with the focus time logged in TickTick, optionally only meetings whose title contains `{meeting-keyword}`. Read-only.

**Step 1: Set the window**

Work out the start date as today minus `{lookback-days}` days (7 if empty) and the end as now.

**Step 2: Meetings (Granola)**

Call `granola-get-note` with `scheduled-start.from` set to the start date, and `title.contains` set to `{meeting-keyword}` when given. For each note, compute the duration from `scheduled-start` to `scheduled-end`. Total hours per day.

**Step 3: Focus (TickTick)**

Call `ticktick-get-focuses` with `start-time.from` set to the start date. Sum `duration-seconds` per day and note how many sessions were linked to a task (`task-id` present).

**Step 4: Report**

A table by day: meeting hours, meeting count, focus hours, session count. Then totals, the ratio of focus to meeting time, the three heaviest meeting days and the days with no focus logged. Add two or three plain observations, such as "Tuesday had 5.5 hours of meetings and no focus".

**Rules & Guidelines:**

* `granola-get-note` is on the Granola server; `ticktick-get-focuses` is on the TickTick server.
* Read-only. Do not call `ticktick-add-focus-session`, `ticktick-delete-focus-session` or any other TickTick write tool.
* Meetings without a `scheduled-end` are counted as unknown duration, not zero; list them separately.

**Validation:**

* If Granola returns no notes, report meeting time as zero and say the window may be empty.
* If TickTick returns no focus sessions, say focus time is not logged rather than treating it as an error.
