The problem

Searching Drip one attendee at a time

Someone copies the attendee emails from the meeting notes and searches Drip for each one to see who is subscribed. It is slow, and people get missed or typed wrongly along the way.

Without PopdockAI

  • Copy attendee emails from the meeting notes
  • Search Drip for each address
  • Note status, tags and lead score by hand
  • Mistype or miss a few along the way

With PopdockAI

  • Attendees are listed and each email checked in Drip
  • Status, tags and lead score are shown per person
  • Missing emails and name differences are flagged
  • Email-only matching, and nothing in Drip is changed

Prompt
**Objective:** For the Granola meeting matching `{meeting-title}`, report which attendees are Drip subscribers and in what state. Limit to meetings created on or after `{since-date}` if given.

**Step 1: Find the meeting (Granola server)**

Call `granola-get-attendee` with `note-title.contains` set to `{meeting-title}` (and `note-created.from` set to `{since-date}` when given). If the rows belong to more than one `note-id`, list each distinct note title, `note-created-at` and `note-id` and stop so the user can choose.

**Step 2: Look each attendee up in Drip (Drip server)**

For each attendee `email`, call `drip-get-subscriber` with `email` set to that address. Carry the email across lowercased and trimmed. Take `status`, `tags`, `lead-score` and `lifetime-value` from the result. If nothing comes back, record the attendee as "not in Drip" and continue. Attendees with no email: record as "no email" and skip.

**Step 3: Report**

A table with one row per attendee: name, email, in Drip (yes/no), status, tags, lead score. Finish with counts: total attendees, in Drip, not in Drip, unsubscribed.

**Rules & Guidelines:**

* `granola-get-attendee` is on the Granola server; `drip-get-subscriber` is on the Drip server.
* Read-only. Do not call `drip-add-subscriber`, `drip-update-subscriber`, `drip-unsubscribe-subscriber`, `drip-add-subscriber-tag` or any other Drip action tool.

**Validation:**

* If `granola-get-attendee` returns nothing, say no meeting matched and stop.
* If Drip returns a subscriber whose name differs from the Granola attendee name, show both and flag it; match on email only.
