The problem

Follow-ups go to people who already unsubscribed

Follow-ups go out to meeting attendees who have already unsubscribed, because nobody checks the attendee list against Drip first. By hand you collect emails, look each up and judge what each status means.

Without PopdockAI

  • Collect attendee emails from recent meetings
  • Look up each one in Drip
  • Work out what each status means
  • Send anyway when time runs out

With PopdockAI

  • Distinct attendee emails are gathered from your meetings
  • Each is looked up in Drip with its raw status shown
  • Anyone not clearly active goes on a Do not email list
  • People not in Drip are listed, and nothing is changed

Prompt
**Objective:** Over Granola meetings created in the last `{lookback-days}` days (default 14), find attendees whose Drip record is unsubscribed or absent, before anyone sends them a follow-up. Optionally restrict to meetings whose title contains `{meeting-title}`.

**Step 1: Collect attendees (Granola server)**

Call `granola-get-attendee` with `note-created.from` set to the date `{lookback-days}` days ago (14 if empty) and, when given, `note-title.contains` set to `{meeting-title}`. Build a list of distinct emails with the note titles they attended. Ignore rows without an email.

**Step 2: Check Drip (Drip server)**

For each distinct email call `drip-get-subscriber` with `email` set to it. Record `status` and `tags`. No result means "not in Drip".

**Step 3: Report**

Two lists. First, "Do not email": subscribers whose `status` is not active (for example unsubscribed), with the meetings they attended. Second, "Not in Drip": emails with no subscriber, with their meetings. End with the count of attendees checked.

**Rules & Guidelines:**

* `granola-get-attendee` is on the Granola server; `drip-get-subscriber` is on the Drip server.
* Read-only. Do not call any Drip action tool such as `drip-add-subscriber` or `drip-unsubscribe-subscriber`.

**Validation:**

* If no Granola attendees are found in the window, say so and stop.
* Treat any status other than a clearly active one as needing attention and show the raw status value.
