Ramp GL accounts have to line up with the Intacct chart of accounts, but the two are maintained separately. A code never created, a closed account or one that blocks direct posting only shows up when a sync fails.

**Objective:** Check that every active Ramp GL account whose name contains `{account-filter}` has a matching active account in the Intacct chart of accounts.
**Step 1: Read Ramp GL accounts**
Call `ramp-get-accounting-gl-account` (Ramp server) with `name.contains` set to `{account-filter}`. Keep active accounts and note code and name. If `{account-filter}` is empty, read all accounts up to the record limit and say the list may be truncated.
**Step 2: Read the Intacct accounts**
Call `intacct-get-account` (Intacct server) with `title.contains` set to `{account-filter}` (omit if empty). Note account-number, title, status and whether disallow-direct-posting is set.
**Step 3: Compare**
Match the Ramp code to the Intacct account-number. For each Ramp account report: matched, no Intacct account with that number, matched but the Intacct account is inactive, matched but direct posting is disallowed, or the titles differ materially.
**Step 4: Report**
Group by verdict, problems first, with counts.
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* Read-only. Do not call `ramp-accounting-gl-account-update`, `ramp-accounting-gl-account-delete`, `intacct-create-account` or `intacct-update-account`.
**Validation:**
* If either server returns nothing, report that and stop.
