**Objective:** Reconcile Ramp card transactions with Intacct charge card transactions between `{date-from}` and `{date-to}` (YYYY-MM-DD), optionally limited to merchant text `{merchant}`.
**Step 1: Read Ramp transactions**
Call `ramp-get-transaction` (Ramp server) with `transaction-time.from` set to `{date-from}`, `transaction-time.to` set to `{date-to}`, and `merchant-name.contains` set to `{merchant}` when it is given. Note id, merchant-name, amount, transaction-time, state, sync-status.
**Step 2: Read Intacct charge card transactions**
Call `intacct-get-charge-card-transaction` (Intacct server) with `transaction-date.from` and `transaction-date.to` set to the same dates, and `payee.contains` set to `{merchant}` when given. Note payee, total-base-amount, transaction-date, reference-number, state.
**Step 3: Match and report**
Match on amount equal to total-base-amount, date within 3 days, and merchant-name similar to payee. Report: Ramp transactions with no Intacct entry (flag those whose Ramp sync-status says synced), Intacct entries with no Ramp transaction, and amount mismatches. Give counts and totals.
**Rules & Guidelines:**
* Read-only. Do not call `intacct-create-charge-card-transaction`, `intacct-update-charge-card-transaction` or any Ramp write tool.
**Validation:**
* If a side returns nothing, say so and report the other side as entirely unmatched.
