Spot Ramp vendors that are missing or different in Intacct

**Objective:** Check whether Ramp vendors matching `{vendor-name}` exist in Intacct, and compare their details.

**Step 1: Read Ramp vendors**

Call `ramp-get-vendor` (Ramp server) with `name.contains` set to `{vendor-name}`. If more than `{max-vendors}` (default 10) come back, list them and work on the first `{max-vendors}`. Note name, id, active, vendor-country and total-spend-ytd.

**Step 2: Look each one up in Intacct**

For each Ramp vendor call `intacct-get-vendor` (Intacct server) with `vendor-name.contains` set to its name. Note vendor-id, status, total-due, country and last-bill-created-on.

**Step 3: Report**

A table with one row per Ramp vendor: Ramp name, Ramp active flag, Intacct vendor-id or "missing", Intacct status, country on each side, and a verdict (match, missing in Intacct, inactive mismatch, country mismatch, ambiguous when several Intacct vendors match).

**Rules & Guidelines:**

* Read-only. Do not call `ramp-vendor-add`, `ramp-vendor-update`, `intacct-create-vendor` or `intacct-update-vendor`.

**Validation:**

* If Ramp returns no vendor, stop and say so.
* Treat names as matching when they differ only by case, punctuation or suffixes such as Inc or LLC.
